These books are really easy to put together, and they come out looking great. The templates are pretty nice to start with, and you can adjust from there. I've made 3 books for my daughter and she's loved them all.

I AM SO HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE!! I read some negative reviews online previously to purchasing and I'll admit I was hesitant. But I bought it anyway, and I am beyond happy with the outcome. The book showed up packaged in a box, so my partner couldn't see what is was or where it was from. There were no marks or bends in the pages ( I ordered the hard cover), and it arrived 2 days before scheduled delivery date! Everything was exactly how I made it. The website was easy to use, and there are so many custom features. My partner loved our little story book. Thank you so much!!

A Must Have, Incredible Love Books
I have previously received many Love books for many occasions in my life by my husband. And they have all been exceptional!! So I decided I think he deserved a love book from me it was our 30th together so It seemed an appropriate time to get him one.I was so happy with it i can not tell you In words how spectacular it is.I spent a lot of months perfecting it, I could just keep going back to it, filling in pages here and there. That is one of the things I loved about the process, there was no time limit on how long to create it as Its at your leisure and time limit.It was a surprise for my husband and he absolutely loved it and having received one for a change lol.he has done around 6 books for me over the years all amazing happy surprises.I really can't praise them enough.

I had a really good experience with LoveBookOnline. The book arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. DOES NOT DELIVER
I ordered multiple products on 11/29/25 as my Christmas presents to my wife. I paid extra for "super rush" shipping. I was given an expected delivery date of 12/5/25. On 12/3/25 I received an email that my order was ready to be shipped. I had still not received my order by 12/24/25. I tried to contact the company but was only able to submit a contact form because they have no phone number listed. They did not respond. On 1/13/26 I received an empty box from them. I have tried to reach the company again and still with no response. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THIS IS A SCAM!UPDATE:I received a response later on 1/13/26. They promised to send out new books and provide shipping details when it was sent out. I did not receive shipping details. I did receive a package containing 2 of the books. I sent them an email in which they replied that the order was filled and delivered. It is obvious that they do not know what is going on there. Still without my order!

No response, same book sent 2nd time damaged
This is the second book I received due to the first one being damaged. I emailed this company after receiving the first one and the pages were falling out. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and when she opened it the pages started falling out. When I messaged I never got a response, just had another book show up today. While I appreciate the gesture of trying to make it right a response would have been nice. Also the book I received today the pages are not glued in good again so pages are trying to fall out. And the front of the book corner was bent where it was boxed. I am extremely unhappy with quality for the amount of money you spend for one of these. I hope someone will reach out to make this right and if they do I will write a better review. At this point just give me a refund and I will send you both books back and take my business elsewhere.

Customer Service lied about the shipping date
I ordered a personalized book from LoveBookOnline on December 13th, specifically for my anniversary, based on their promised delivery date of the 23rd.I was told the book had shipped on the 20th and would arrive on the 23rd. However, when the USPS tracking information was finally visible, it became clear that the shipping label was created and the item actually shipped on the 23rd — the day of my anniversary — not on the 20th as I was told.This wasn’t a USPS delay; it simply hadn’t shipped when the company said it had.I understand that delivery dates can be estimates and that USPS delays happen. What I don’t understand is being told something shipped when it clearly had not. A personalized gift tied to a specific date only works if the company is honest and realistic about fulfillment.If timing matters to you, be cautious. I would have appreciated transparency far more than reassurance that turned out not to be true

Shipping experience very disappointing
I’m giving you a three only because the finished books are beautiful. But my experience would be rated less than three. I ordered four books and the first time they arrived the box was empty as if somewhere the glue holding the box closed was not strong enough for the four books. You did reprint the books for me at no charge and sent them out again. I just received them and again the box was open on both ends, but amazingly the books did not fall out this time. I had wanted these books to give to three friends at a party and because of this mishap, I did not have them in time. You did give me the download and so I had to print three copies just so they would have something to look at when we got together. That was very disappointing for me. Now that I have the books I will be shipping each one to my friends. I think I should’ve been offered a discount, but I never was.
