The electrics on our tow bar failed 5 days before our booked holiday to France. Rang round in a panic, the only place willing to squeeze us in was Macsalvors, who booked us for the following morning. Problem identified and fixed in minutes (fuse blown) no charge just a donation to charity box
Replaced a rusty towbar on our 2005 Mercedes Vito Campervan for £260. Bit of extra work installing electric socket for camping. Friendly and very good service.
This place was highly recommended by Newlyn Tyres and a number of other garages for tow bars. I needed a tow bar for my 2016 VW Tiguan R line. Fitted while I waited (about 3 1/2). hours cost £460 - extremely good value considering the tow bar and electrics were nearly that to buy if you wanted to buy them yourself separately. However most garages cannot fit these tow bars because the electrics are so complicated. (The car needs to be specially coded so that the parking sensors don't read this as an obstacle) Everybody was very nice to deal with all together a great experience and very professional
