Amazing Job at Bathroom Renovation

Sam from MPS Electrical was contracted to install all the electrical appliances as part of my bathroom renovation. From the first contact with Sam, I was confident he was the right person to undertake the job. Not only did Sam show his professionalism, his attention to detail, Sam was very proactive in suggesting improvements to my ideas as well as better ways to implement them. I have already engaged Sam for more work and know whom to go to in future. I recommend Sam, without any hesitation, to anyone who needs electrical work done. Thank you Sam for enlightening my bathroom.

Superb company

Superb company, Marc & his team are the ones to go to for full house rewires and all new plasterboarded and plastered walls. 5***** highly recommended.

Small (but necessary) electrical job

Only a small job this time, but happy to contact Marc and the team. Max came out, turned up on time, did the job with no fuss. I am happy with the work. The cost was very reasonable too. No complaints from me. This is the 2nd job done for me by MPS electrical services and I would happily use again. Great work.

Lack of transparency in pricing and communication

This service has not been professional in terms of transparency in pricing and communication. A call-out was made to assess a non-working boiler. A faulty fuse in the spur socket was diagnosed as the non-working element.The inspection, fault finding and fuse replacement in the socket did not take more than an hour. The engineer spent a considerable amount of time retrieving a fuse from his vehicle; which ultimately (the company claims) took the visit over the 1 hour mark for which I was charged a full additional hour. Their lack of preparedness and transparency has cost me money. I do not recommend their service.
