Fictitious Company

Fictitious Company This company seems to be completely fictitious. I never received my products and have been requesting a refund for 3 months. I get apologies by email and told my refund is being processed but then nothing. AVOID !!!!!

Wouldn't give one star but the only way to write a reveiw is to give one star. They photograph goods which are not their's they use a fictitious UK site so you believe they are based in London. The red light therapy lamp arrive in a plain brown box, no instructions, no safety instructions, no manufacturers name on the product or on the box. Against all regulations for electrical items and could cause physical harm.YES return shipping is to China even though on their website there are instructions to return goods but you can't use them it terminates before you can submit. Informed TRADING STANDARDS, intellectual copy write and import export bodies.

FRAUD / ITEMS DON’T TURN UP!

I ordered 2 freckle cream worth £50 on 28th May. It’s 15th June now they haven’t turned up!! I accidently deleted my order confirmation so don’t have the order number. So I tried emailing the company explaining & the email advertised on their website was invalid, I tried texting & calling the mobile number on their website twice but no reply, I tried filling out the contact form twice but no reply. This company is a con. They have STOLEN £50 from me & probably have from 1000s of others so that’s ALOT of money in their pockets isn’t it!

They sell fake products and they don’t…

They sell fake products and they don’t do refunds. Please do not buy from them. You can find the same fake product on a cheaper website trust me. Or better still, do not buy any products from them

I never ever spend the time to give someone a review but I so regret not reading the reviews on here before purchasing something off this website. I ordered something on the 10th of September and the time that the shipping said has obviously passed and still no sign of my order. As everyone says, phone is not in service when I tried calling and they’ve obviously ignored my email chasing my order. I’ve seen the responses on all other reviews on here and it’s basically a copy paste of the same bulls*it so I’m not even going to be surprised when they do the same with my one. What a complete joke.Order number is 8408.Think the only way of potentially getting this money back is calling the bank and say I’ve been scammed but can’t see that being very successful! Uhgggg!How can people get away with stealing your money like this.AVOID BUYING and letting them take your money

Stock comes from China

Although this is a co.uk site the stock comes from China, I ordered a product thinking it would be delivered within 72 hours being a uk website, ordered on 22/2/23 received it 11/3/23 - 17 days later! Wrote to complain about lack of info on where the shipments are coming from and got a useless email back that wasn’t helpful at all! Then they asked me to rate a totally different person on a star review!? 🤷‍♂️ Avoid this company

Stay well away from this company

Stay well away from this company. Purchased a support bra on behalf of my Mother In-Law. Item did not fit nor provide support, contacted the company to have the item returned and my money back. They replied asking me to take specific pictures of the item, packaging and label which I sent to them. They then tell me that this is the item that I had ordered and that they could not assist me favourably. Emailed them a further 4 tines to receive the exact same responses. This company should not be allowed to trade, absolutely shocking customer services, and they conveniently dismiss consumer rights in the UK.

Absolutely unacceptable service

Absolutely unacceptable service. Don't use this company! Be aware. Customer service Absolutely 0. If you order anything forgot will delivery in time. I was waiting for my a month but I paid for delivery in 12 days. They even don't tell you all stuff coming from China. But website says they based in London. Rip off. Absolutely ridiculous.

PLEASE READ MY OPINION AND REFLECTION WARNING WARNING WARNINGI have a 2 page full experience report of my experience with HGC Manchester which i will be adding a link to at a later date.Please see a short summary of my experience with HGC Manchester as follows.1. Questionable policies and procedures throughout the whole experienced including potential fraudulent actions.2. Potential Medical negligence during treatment resulting in very painful experience by poorly trained technicians which resulted in months of swelling and problems after a "brutal" surgery that left me crying in pain.3. Zero aftercare had to pursue my own line of communication for any follow up treatment.3. Grafts received during the operation did not match the density of my existing check out how sparse they were inplanted and the huge gaps from the early photos.4. Left with "dolls like hair in the hairline" plugging thick follicles in the hairline is completely unatural this mixed with the gaps left me deformed and needing corrective surgery.5. I will seek recompence for damages and have started proceedings to recover costs.6. Results speak for themselves, i would put my new corrective pictures but would hate for anyone to associate a proper job with HGC.7. They have many alias on the internet mycosmeticcentre being just one.8. Should they of even been opened during Lockdown were they in breach of Covid Rules???9. If they do a poor job they will at no point offer to repair or discuss they just hope you go away .10. My original hair transplant was December 2020 and i have waited the full course before needing to review and let me tell you i will not be going away anytime soon. Never trust these people and this clinic

I had a hair transplant surgery 2 years ago in Romford but the result is still horrible. The first day I went to clinic in Birmingham and spoke to Sachin . I explained about my hair problems clearly and simple. He said to me we do our best. Now because the treatment hasn't worked they offering me laser Therapy which even it doesn't work too. Anyway I had my laser appointment today that Rajesh(one of a staff) said to me you need another surgery and have to pay . I told him the last treatment even didn't work so how can I even trust you to do another surgery but he got angry then talked very laud, rude and sweared at me he asked me to leave the clinic. I said it's my appointment and not going to leave here till my appointment finishes. Then he said, ok I'll see you outside watch watch...I phoned to police to sort it out but the thing I'm going to say is they even don't know how to speak to customers let alone doing another things such as surgery, PRP or any treatments.I could go to Turkey and do surgery there like many people who I know, save money at least £1000 ,better service and respect instead of choosing this clinic, paying £2000 and no respect, no responsibility, unbelievable pain during and after surgery, horrible service and disgusting clinic for surgery

Avoid like a plague!!!!

I wish there was a zero or minus rating as they don't even deserve a zero. Please for your own safety and mental health, don't do business with these guys. They are criminals worthy of prosecution and jail if the law has any teeth. They lure you into paying a deposit and act professionally up to that point. They promise stupid deals which are impossible, even in Turkey and then once you deposit, that's when the tragedy starts. The so called doctor didn't even know basic principles of transplantation of Afro hair and my form clearly said I could cancel at any time until I have a date. They guy said that it would take a while to reach actual surgeons to find a date but that he could just write a provisional earliest one that was fine for me (since I'm a lecturer with a busy schedule) so that he would send a request to the surgeon's WhatsApp group if someone would take it up and that he would contact me by the following week to know if my date was fine or they we would agree on a convenient date. Immediately after paying £1,300 deposit, my trustpilot review search finally loaded - due to poor connection and being rushed to pay - and I saw all these negative reviews and wanted to cancel immediately but then did the next day. I called but the first guy was going to say I had a date but when I put it to him that I didn't (that it was my own availability meaning that they hospital had no commitment to any date yet) and that the consultant needed to speak to me to shed light on the issue, he promised to ask him to get in touch with me. When he called, he quickly assured me that it was true and that he hadn't even sent a request to the WhatsApp group yet (being just a day ago) and that they'll send me an email first and process the refund within a week or 2. That was the last time I was able to speak to him. The reception would promise to ask him to get in touch and he hasn't and I was insulted for persisting. I processed my refund via Barclays but the cosmo-transplant they use in Luxembourg is a deliberate bottleneck which means that refunds will be challenging if not impossible. Barclays refunded my money tentatively but cosmo-transplant have contested it and it is currently ongoing. My bank has been very supportive as promised that they may have to escalate and take it to Visa (my card company) which I hope will be beneficial but I'm just praying for a miracle at this point. Life shouldn't be this way, especially during a pandemic, and money is too hard to make to engage with low life fraudsters who could actually make a fortune from legitimate businesses but have chosen a different path. I think we can all come together and publicise our ordeals on a tabloid so that people can know what's going on and never patronise them again or even get them prosecuted with what they're doing to the medical profession and common people.

VERY honest FEMALE review

VERY honest FEMALE review. I was in a few months ago getting my procedure and I was horrified at the service, unsanitary conditions and the way things were conducted here. Lets start from the moment you walk in..Busy clinic with 4-5 people in reception, no social distancing, chairs touching. I am then greeted with confusion over my deposit and payment in front of the waiting room - embarrassing. My leg was touching someone else's thats how close we were - do they have any concept of social distancing and covid?! First person you see when you go in was a woman that had old rice and food stains on her desk clearly from the day before. You are told to sign a black screen with a signature box only (you are not shown what you are signing or agreeing too) and the screen is covered in finger marks. No sanitising the screen between clients touching it? Cant be bothered to wipe your desk from the night before after eating there? Disgusting. I was then in for a meeting with Dr Rariq. Apparently, he couldn't bring my hairline down as far as I wanted because of muscle. I have seen an expert since who said this is rubbish - they just wanted an easy/fast job. They could have came down another 1cm at least. Hair shaving time. Being a female with long hair, it was very important to me that I could cover the shaved bit on my head. I was told they would take a small slice and shave it and leave all around the sides so when tied up or down you wouldn't see it. They ended up basically giving me a full undercut with pathetic slithers on the bottom that wont cover anything..hair shaving room dirty, covered in tufts of hair. Not cleaned between. No gown on me so covered in hair, Stood up and covered in other peoples hair - not acceptable. I was then taken into a room which looked like a storage/staff room with a bed in it. It was stacked high with Tena lady pads and boxes. It had a sink that resembled a kitchen sink and people in and out washing things in it coffee cups included. Not once did I see any sanitiser sprayed in that room. Not once did I smell any nice clinic/sterilising smells. I smelt food smells, thats what I could smell. Bed roll isn't enough to cover a bed for such an invasive procedure/operation! You find this in a beauty salon.Procedure starts. Everything okay, nice and numb, needles hurt as expected. Trainee's do the work. Dr Rariq no where to be seen. Dr finally nips in to punch the holes in my head at the front and thats it. Must have taken 20 mins. He then proceeds to try and upsell me PRP for £500 seen on numerous reviews now I look back. Never heard of it. Who wants to be heavily pushed and sold to mid operation? No chance to google or research it, why isn't this mentioned earlier? Dr leaves. "his job is done' and thats that. I am led to believe he was going to do the actual important bit of the transplanting of the follicles but he doesn't. He blabbered on about how they must take out half the follicles, turn me over, do the holes in my head (his bit), implant half, then repeat for the other half, this is so they don't 'wilt like flowers' yet, this didn't even happen. In all honestly - I think I was turned over half way through follicle extraction because it suited his time schedule. He was clearly juggling several patients at the same time in other rooms to reduce costs. I guess this is how they get away with trainees doing the work, DR pops in ... so its all good right?! NO. The other hideous thing was that the storage/staff room I was in must have had 30 visits at least of people in and out of the room. Washing things, asking for things to be handed to them from cupboards and disturbing the trainees doing my follicle implantation! Every 5 mins they were disturbed sometimes by people NOT wearing masks and entered into conversations. I was starting to get annoyed/anxious. Can you imagine watching them with the same gloves pass items from cupboards then cracking on back to your scalp and open wounds?! Traumatised! Why did the room have TWO CCTV cameras too? Store rooms have them to make sure staff don't nick stuff, NOT treatment rooms. Place was SCRUFFY. Old, needs ripped out and a good deep clean. Been in cleaner barbers and nail shops. The end result looks ok in fairness. They get the job done just expect a slap dash zoo like place. When I emailed them, they just blamed other brands and claimed that my case didnt fall under them, which is again - Rubbish. I came through 'WANT HAIR', the Dr's are held under another company named 'My Cosmetic Centre' yet you turn up to a business named HAIR GROWTH CENTRE - I wonder who actually has the licence here?! It's messy and corrupt whatever the arrangement, I have someone looking into it all deeper and will be reporting them all.

SCAMThese people are the most unreliable, unprofessional in the industry. They make false promises continuously and fail to deliver and do not provide a full refund. They are not even qualified trichologists. Do not trust them! go else where, you won’t be sorry!

This company stole my husbands money…

This company stole my husbands money £2000 then cancelled his appointment and refused to give him a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They do not reply to emails or telephone calls and do not deal with complaints.

You never get your appointment or your money back

If I could write zero I would. Promised the world gave our 50% deposit and they cancelled on the day of the surgery. Then we have not been able to contact them since to get it re booked or our money back. We have contacted the bank but they used such a sophisticated way of paying even the bank can not get our money back!! We are undergoing long and lengthy battle with the bank and lawyers to get our money back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you do go for a consultation please ask them about these reviews when you arrive, I never write reviews but if I can save one person going through what we have I will be happy.

This company is appalling. I'm still waiting for my refund. 17 emails and no response or refund. How come they suddenly get 3 good reviews all on the same day? I suspect they are all fake. Do not do business with them!

HiI was due to have a hair transplant which I was excited about.Unfortunately owing to loosing my job I could not go ahead with it and I was given a refund for this.I am grateful for the issuing of a refund due to my circumstances and will contact again in the future to book once I am able to.Thank you

All bad reviews then all of a sudden 10 positive reviews in one day. This place is a scam! They take your money then can't find you an appointment or cancel just before. The procedures they do are done incorrectly and overly scar the scalp and they avoid your calls
