Is there anyone handling customer care with nanobeauty?I've purchased a very expensive item a week ago which I need for my job... payment taken immediately, still no dispatch, I've emailed them twice with no reply/ response.I've asked for a refund if they can't provide item. Still no response.Such a shame as I've used this company before with no problems.
I Ordered filler 1 that was supposed to be 2 syringes and only had 1 when I contacted them about it they tried to make it seem like it was no way possible then said it was a manufacturer mistake. I asked for them to send me what they owe me and they will not do it. I will never use this company again.
Oh my gosh. Her products actually work. I had such bad acne and terrible skin with black sacks under my eyes. Now I can honestly tell you I look good and I do mean look good. Her products are absolutely fabulous and they work.
Don’t use this company !!!I ordered products that never arrived Iv sent email after email with no reply Eventually I got 1 reply saying the system was down and they never received emails Even though Iv messaged for days I got promised a refund and that also has never come through There is no way of contacting them I’m now having to go through my bank to try to get back my money Scammers
Omg! I used Nanobeauty Diamond Shine and I absolutely love it! I am Latin-american and my hair gets so frizzy and wavy. After the treatment my hair was so smooth, silky and FRIZZ-FREE. Normally I would always have to blow dry and straighten my hair after washing it. I couldn't stand the frizz. But now (after the treatment) I can let my hair air dry and it looks and feels so good. It is perfect for me as a new mum that has little time to do my hair. I will definitely buy again.
