We sadly and frustratingly had our flight cancelled today due to the issues in the Middle East.Our airline and insurer were absolutely useless in offering us any help or advice.We called netflights and spoke to a lovely young lady called Hayden. She went absolutely above and beyond for us today. We couldn’t get a new flight sorted but we were really looked after. Very thankful and we’d definitely consider netflights again in the future!

This was once an excellent travel agent with high standards of service. Recent management changes have resulted in it being reduced to a web site with no customer service at all. What a pity! I used to spend thousands of pounds a year here but never again. Ahmed and Muhammad try hard but the new system is loaded against them.

No support from agent or flight
Booked a flight through yourselves and had a 12 hour delay/ late change in flight schedule only to be told whilst I was at the airport, called the agent for assistance only to be told to wait at airport for the rescheduled time no lounge offered, no food, no refreshments & no internet- just left alone/ abandoned !Very disappointed ☹️ neither agent nor flight took ownership of mess even after following the claim instructions no compensation or acknowledgement of distress caused! Very disappointing!

The company has now changed hands, but we did not know. We had booked a holiday to Bali last year with NetFlights and had a great time. We phoned after we got back to book a return trip. So far, so good.We had our booking reference so just after Christmas I used the booking reference to check my booking details and I got an error message advising that the system did not recognise my booking number. I tried phoning and after a number of extended waits I checked with AI "why can I not get through to NetFlghts?" I got a message back advising me that NetFlights had ceased trading and not to worry, my holiday was safe!My wife and I pondered what we should do, should we continue and hope that we will have our holiday fulfilled, taking a chance, or cutting our losses. We were told that the website we were using was no longer owned by the new owners - hence our booking reference will not work. We have just received advice - via an email - of a change in ownership. Whoever came up with the transition plan to manage the changeover failed to consider their customers. I WILL NEVER USE NETFLIGHTS AGAIN.

Air France cancelled my short connecting flight to Paris to transfer onto my long haul flight to Mexico. Ben was really helpful and managed to get me on a direct flight instead from London to Mexico after a discussion with Aeromexico who were at first reluctant to rebook me on the direct flight without charge as the flight cancelled was Air France's rather than theirs. Ben really did all he could to accommodate my needs and got a positive result so thanks again to Ben.

Booked on the phone. The guy was really helpful and witty. The price was great. Tickets issued quickly. All good. So good that I paid their extra £15 for some sort of insurance I will never use, but also £50 off the next flights I book with them, as I know I'll use it.

This Company netflight is the worst ever. DO NOT USE. We've been using NetFlight for the last 18 years, and they have been very good in customer service, the prices are very competitive, and it was a company we could trust. But now this will be the last time we ever use them, Netflight. We emailed 5 days ago with an upcoming flight, and they have not even cared to reply yet.

Was going to book a flight with netflights as I heard they where competitivly priced. I got to the end of the booking process and thought i should check how much i am saving by booking with them.The answer was nothing it cost more to book though them as it did to book direct by quite a significant margin. Luckily i didnt complete the booking. The whole premise of sites like netflights.com was to provide cheaper competitive prices. Not to charge users an extra £30 for a flight that is cheaper booked direct and offers more customer protection.

We've booked flight back in November. Now unable to go through the verification on quatar airways as the email and phone number dont match. Phone numbers are not working, email address is bouncing back. I have managed to log in on website but I dont have the informations I need.Every time I speak with british airways ot qatar they suggest I speak with netflights.Absolutely awful, first and last time im booking a flight with netflight

The company was sold in January of 2026. No communication was sent to existing customers with booking. This is a huge red flag as it seems to be hidden. There an now links that no longer work when trying to view prior bookings and also new phone numbers. This has led to me having zero confidence in the company and me canceling my booking. Please be mindful that you are not a well known prestige brand. Trying to grow in the UK. That customers need confidence in you when using your service to visit another country at normally great cost to themselves.

Worst purchase experience ever, charge you twice
Worst purchase experience ever, I am writing this to warn others about the deceptive booking process and terrible customer service on this site.While attempting to book a flight, the website threw an error message during the payment stage, stating the transaction could not be completed. Naturally, I tried again so I wouldn’t lose the flight. It turns out the first "failed" attempt actually went through.I was charged twice for the exact same flight due to a technical glitch on their end. When I contacted support to resolve this issue, they agreed a refund duplicate one but charges 200 pound pp as a "cancellation fee."It is completely unacceptable to charge a customer a penalty fee for a duplicate booking caused by your own website's malfunction. I should not be paying a premium for your technical instability.

Worst Customer Service Ever
I’ve been trying for the past week to get through to someone on the phone to cancel my flight and I’ve constantly been put on hold for 30+ mins.I’ve emailed customer service and they advised I won’t get a refund if I cancel so it doesn’t matter. It is terrible service! I don’t want a refund just don’t want to be taking up space on a plane I won’t be on!! I’ve asked them to call me back and they still won’t.

Awful experience with this company. Booking is not clear whatsoever on the insurance. They get you booked and hooked then treat you terribly.Customer service personnel are extremely patronising, talking about other companies rather than try and help their own customers. This is also after spending a ridiculous amount of time trying to get through. One call on hold for 35 minutes. Second call still on hold after 55 minutes and gave up.3rd attempt still on hold after 45 minutes, again gave up.The automated message repeats 'our travel pros are busy' I can guarantee these are NOT travel pros.Would advise avoiding this company where possible.
