Need to take a course in customer service. I called to complain about my kebab wrapped in a Greek naan, was not a Greek naan, it was a very dry whole meal bread ( which I can’t eat) not even shaped like a naan , covered in sesame seeds. No note to say it had changed nothing. He said it was the only naan their supplier supplied he said I suggested that the previous one was better and could he not change . I had to ask him to let me speak but he kept butting in .. and was dam right rude!! In the end he said he’ll look into it ( fat chance) and put the phone down . Didn’t even get chance to say my fries where over salted and dry . Never going there again bloody rude!!
