Reassurance and the right result
Whilst at first I was wary of producing bank statements I was asked to provide, the solicitors explained the reasons and at all times reassured me of everything they were doing. I was very nervous but through their help and encouragement, they achieved everything we had hoped for. It has taken a long time (3 years
It has taken a long time (3 years, 6 months) to finalise my road traffic accident claim. The other side have been extremely defiant and put so many obstacles in the way, trying to not pay out and OCL, particularly Daniel Shepard, have stuck to their guns and believed in me throughout. They have fought hard and got the outcome I deserve and I am very thankful and grateful to them for this.

Charlotte always responded to my emails and enquiries as soon as she could. i was kept as up to date as soon as possible when matters started moving. However this process took 3 years and i felt this was a very long time to resolve a matter that was fairly straightforward. this was no reflection on the service but it was very frustrating and added to the stress and impact that was already incurred by my accident
