Never Again!!
I ordered a chair mat from Amazon. I was specifically looking for one that was a specific size and could be used on carpet. The next day I received this letter: Oct 9, 2025 3:58 PMHello, Thank you for choosing OfficeWorld! We regretfully need to inform you that due to technical issues, Amazon listed an invalid unit price for item(s) on your recent order, 113-9518996-5440236. Once identified, we removed all items from Amazon, until data was corrected and system enhancements deployed to prevent a similar such reoccurrence. As a result of this mishap, we need to let you know we have marked your order as "canceled" so Amazon will automatically refund the transaction. We recognize this is far less than ideal, however, and sincerely regret the inconvenience this causes you. Though an extremely rare event for us, we strive for perfection. this company does not take returns on coffee purchases, very poor customer service, they claim it is due to Covid 19, however, they are wrong and even grocery stores have changed that policy at this time in the covid 19 era. Do not purchase any products from this company as even if you want to not get a monetary refund but want to exchange for same product but different style they (customer service) will NOT honor your consistent purchase...do not know what customer means to their business.

I ordered Office world ink for my HP printer from Amazon. At first they worked for a short time, about a month. Then I got error messages on my printer. Now my printer will not work at all. I even took out the Officxe World Ink and put in HP ink and it still will not work. Past the time to return. I have to buy a new printer. I put a review on Amazon. I was contacted by Office World. They agreed to refund me $30 by Amazon gift card if I changed my review. I did and eventually (after contacting them several times) received the gift card. Do not trust the reviews as they are likely the result of the same thing.

I ordered ink for my HP Office Jet Pro 8710. Put the color cartridges in shortly after they arrived. Now, months later I put in one of the black cartridges. Keep getting error messages and the printer will not print. I don't have an order number to request a refund, but will never order from them again. Buyer beware! Will definitely to more research before buying non-HP ink again.

Ordered HP 902xl ink replacement cartridges from Amazon. Put 3 out of 4 of them in when received them (ordered June 2,2020). Today I put the last one in and keep getting cartridge problem. It wont work. Now printer won’t work due to cartridge Problem. Put the old one back in and works fine. I am so disappointed that could fine a place to voice my issue with you and now have to order another package of ink cartridges before I can print again.

We ordered SmartStock Forks and they were not as described and did not fit our dispenser. I contacted them for an RMA and was told they would not take them back because of their COVID non-return policy. Which is NOT stated on their website or invoice/receipts. They chose to cancel their policy because of the last sentence of there policy "THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY. OFFICE WORLD, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL THIS RETURN POLICY AT ANY TIME BEFORE ACCEPTING CUSTOMER'S ORDER."We will NOT be ordering from them again!

I am totally satisfied. The lady on the helpdesk was really friendly. The package is complete!2 Things that could be done better. That is to deliver the goods at the agreed time. Because now my package has been put in the hall where everyone can reach it. Fortunately I have good neighbors. Everybody can maken mistakes, the only thing what is really important that we learn from it.

Buy your supplies somewhere else other than Office World
I have dealt with Office World for many ;years, however I am never doing business with them again. It used to be next day delivery, then it was 2 day delivery or less..and now Who knows? Talked with Customer Service and they told me I get it when I get it. Unacceptable!!! I spend $111.95 and they don't care. Order placed Wed. 8-3-17 and UPS delivery expected Tue. 9-05-17. Never will buy from them again!!!
