Vonetta.B was a great help. Although I didn't want the service she offered, I had a better explanation of what was going on with my debt and credit. I can clean up my debt and call her back. She deserves a raise.

I applied for a loan with One Loan Place today. I enter my personal information on the website thinking I would be consider for a small loan. I did not know that they out source your credentials to other lenders. After completing the application process I received a message to call a number. Then I spoke with Zanina representative assuming that she was going to discuss my loan application and immediately she wanted to transfer me to other Lexington Law. I stated just enter my personal information on your website (driver license and banking information) for a loan. Why are you transferring me? This is misleading to think that the loan is been process by One Loan Place. Then you have to wait for someone from the other loan company to call you with your results!

this place is a fraud they continue getting your personal info and then once they get it they start hanging up on you Do Not deal with them at all SCAM report to BBB there fraud
They spoof local numbers under false names. We are on the FTC do not contact list and they do not honor it. I called their number and spoke to a person supposedly named Regina. She informed me the call was being recorded when she answered, I in turn told her I was recording the conversation as well and told her we are on the FTC do not contact list. Of course she hung up immediately. Any response they leave for this review is a lie unless they admit they spoof numbers and spam people. Fair warning
It is a scam to get u connected with a debt consolidation place. They tell u u are approved. Then connect u to the other company. They are unprofessional and rude. I spoke to a chevonese and Daniel Gonzales and they lie and say they sent u email of a company that may have high interest rates. Scammmmm
You guys are right they transferred me tight to Lexington law group I don't need them to fix my credit

Not sure if I’ll get a loan which is what I truly care about. However, the gentleman’s customer service was still great.
I don't been know if this is a loan broker, which most firms in this category are. I think that this place is set up to feed customers to Lexington Law for credit repair. When I was transfer to Lexington law I told the woman that I was already a client and had just finished with them. This did not stop her from trying sign me back up again. I finally said If this will help me get the loan that I would do it. She said that neither herself or the woman I spoke to prior to her did any kind of loans
Spoke with a vanessa, who said that she would send an email for two lenders who would approve me a loan. All it was, another application which led me to a credit repair company. Nothing about the loan at all. Very dissatisfied! Called back and automated service offers to send you another email. Not sure if this company is on the up and up. Received call from James apologizing, but nothing still done to rectify situation, do not use this site, It is fake and will only LOWER YOUR CREDIT SCORE!!
I am terrible with names but the guy who just helped me was great I believe his name is James I'm coming off of motorcycle accident and M starting life over again I'm having a hard time getting back on the grid this gentleman explained everything I need to do and I feel now like there's a light at the end of the tunnel this guy will never know how much he help me today he went out of his way thank you so very much and I will be back to ask for a loan. I feel 10 times better I can't put into words what he did thank you so much my name is Henry Guerrero Jr
Scam. They lie professionally. Alot of semantics. They really just try to run your credit. You can tell their focus is really on running credit application to meet some quota instead of truly focusing on realistic possibilities for the customer. They just called me, I told her I didn't finish the application because I dont want my credit get hit with another inquiry and she told me she already has my application here and they have financial options that she will send an email to pick one. The email was just a link that took me to complete the application. So called back and got the same lying rep Kimberly and asked her about the financial options. She tried to be slick and asked what does the email say, I told her it was a credit application. She said I will need to fill it out. So I asked the liar if it was going to be a soft or hard inquiry and she said " you can say soft". Definitely looking somewhere else for a loan. She boldface try to scam me and then have the nerve to do it on a Monday morning.
