Great products and company, terrible delivery drivers
The process of choosing and placing my orders are really easy, and very enjoyable due to the lovely catalogues that I receive.The plants and seeds arrive in good packaging, and I haven't yet had any damaged plants, bulbs, or seeds, including fruit bushes and rootstock plants.The only reason that I give a four star instead of a five star review is the problem that I ahve with the delivery companies.When Post Office deliver my goods there is no problem because the postman knows where to deliver my products. However, despite the face that I always put delivery instructions on my orders, the drivers never follow them.I live in a block of flats, I have an allotment and also a large community garden that I tend to. As I have said, despite leaving delivery instructions as to where my own balcony/front door is, the delivery drivers very often leave purchases either in the bin cupboard, a disaster in inself on bin day, or in a communal area which everyone has access to. On more than one occassion my products have been stolen.Time will tell how the plants grow, but overall I am pleased with the company and the quality of my purchases.
