Not what is advertised.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was hopeful and excited to get “integrative” and “holistic” thyroid care as they label it on their website — instead I was just given a script & told “see you in 6 weeks.” The exact attitude that led me away from basic primary care. No questions were asked about the context of my overall health, postpartum recovery or any lifestyle questions at all, despite them claiming to ”treat you as an individual.” I was rushed to finish up in around 10 minutes. I had to push for my questions about adrenal health & nutrient deficiencies to be answered…I was met with dismissal and “we don’t treat that.” Despite these health facts being highly relevant to thyroid care? And on their website as part of their “holistic approach”? I would go as far as saying it is a scam and not what it is represented to be on their website at all. If you’re desperate like I was for answers, genuine care & informed guidance from a specialist — don’t waste your money or time.

Just another online doctor scam

I was excited to find an online doctor service that specializes in thyroid issues.I paid the $240 membership fee, and made an appointment (which costs an additional $60).I uploaded my recent lab results from Paloma’s partner lab “Let’s Get Checked”, showing my hypothyroid issues. To my surprise, a few hours later I received an email stating that they had canceled my appointment. They also said that they could not help me with anything related to hypothyroidism, even though they advertise themselves as a thyroid doctor service. So I immediately canceled my membership. But the catch is, they didn’t refund the $240. They said my “membership” is now paid for one year.So I have a membership to a thyroid doctor that will not speak to me. Isn’t that nice?So what do they actually do? Your guess is as good as mine. As far as I can tell they scam people out of $240 and provide nothing at all.
