Good price and quick delivery
Parts are on the web site, then half the order is canceled. Missing parts back on the website, ordered then canceled, without reason. I had to call to find they were out of Stock. Very nice people on the phone, but that doesn't make up for really bad service. As for the items that did arrive, packaging, inner and outer looks as if it has been living in a homeless encampment for the past 10 years. If I hadn't been shipping to AZ, I'd use Rock Auto.
Terrible shipping. Orderd a small part over 30 days ago and still has not arrived
They have the ability to supply many OEM parts, sometimes even parts for older, vintage bikes. Reasonable prices and they ship parts in an expeditious manner.
Justin in customer service is a amazing guy and helped me get my problem fixed really quick and treated and acting like human being high recommend partzilla
Other than the shipping costing more than my parts, good experience. Really crazy when you think about how small two ATV lug nuts are.

My order was never received by the Post Office even though customer service said it was shipped. I think they printed a mailing label and never shipped the part. Their customer service is basically useless. Update: your response is not correct. My package shipped on 02/09 and has not been accepted by the Post Office yet. It takes 3 days to get from my regional Post Office to being actually delivered. Your Customer service rep told me he would request updated tracking and if I didn't get a response in 48 hours (Saturday), my order would be refunded. Now you are saying Tuesday? I'm sorry, but 6 business days is not Tuesday since the Post Office considers Saturday as a business day. It's been 4 days since the order shipped and the Post Office hasn't even accepted it yet, we both know it's not coming. I went ahead and re-ordered the same parts today and paid for expedited shipping because I have to have these parts. Thanks anyways.
first time ordered from partzilla, paid almost $18.00 extra for shipping and handling expedite 3- days. now they say it wont be here for a few more weeks. the parts arrived late but they made a quick attempt to get it to me asap. they did discount my shipping fee at the end.
I don’t usually write reviews, but the sheer annoyance I have with this company is beyond compare.First time placing an order. Parts in stock apparently. Great. Placed an order.Two days later, get PayPal notification of a cancelled order. No email, no form of reasoning or apology, just a completely cancelled order. After logging-in, Apparently one single part of my order suddenly wasn’t available, so they cancel the whole order. There is no logic to this course of action.Spent forever on the online chat waiting for someone to talk to me. Lost the will to live and gave up after 16minutes of waiting.Customer care needs to be much better. If you do decide to just cancel customers orders, it’s generally a common courtesy to actually send an email explaining.Doubt I’ll be back, that experience was quite insulting.Update:The reply to my review isn't completely true. Parts were listed as in-stock (i have dated screenshots!) and are STILL being listed as in-stock on 10/02/26 - I'd suggest you need to update your website.I'm still disappointing you haven't addresed how you didn't bother getting in touch with me prior to cancelling the order. It just wasn't a nice way to be informed. Poor show.Also, the refund issued by PayPal is less than it cost me as they decided to change currency rates massively, so i'm 5% down. This whole experience has been lousy.

I ordered the part and it came in 3 days, BUT it cost me $18 to get it expedited. I will try this site again next time I need a part, after comparing prices.
I am editing this review. Shipping is horrible. Horrible. This isn't the first time I've watched an item be stuck at a location, while other items easily pass through the same place. While the other item is stuck there. Customer service blames it on the weather. I ordered 4 tires from another vendor. Tracked them through the same location as item that was sitting there. Recieved 4 tires with free shipping in 3 days. Small snorkel boot from partzilla..still waiting for delivery.Yep. You suck and I will be ordering from a different vendor from here out
Ordered part that was suppose to be in stock and ordered 3 day expedited shipping. 3 days later I was informed that they had to order the part and it was 2 weeks out!!!!!!!!!!

Fast shipping
Tried to place my first order, endless loop Create account, lets us send you jun mail, then password bad, reset password, password still bad. 20 minutes wasted. I ended up paying shipping and more money to place it elsewhere. Wow crazy I type my info and order went through. Partzilla's web site is literally the worst, and I can imagine they wont get around shipping their orders for weeks even if their computers worked. I needed parts you couldn't handle it. These guys are an emabarassemnt
I love these guys. They always seem to have everything I need and they ship it out quickly.

Thanks to “Mike the Bike” who was very helpful today. He assisted me to find/double-check the part numbers and added items to my previous order without any hassle. He also tried his best to help me with the return of the previous order.
