Very happy with my experience. Good website. Competitive pricing and shipping costs. Lots of different plant pots to choose from. I ordered a pack of 100 x seed plant pots. They arrived quickly, well packaged and undamaged. I would definitely buy from this company again.
Quality of plastic pots is good, fast dispatch/delivery via dpd.
Good range of pot sizes- I needed specific sizes of plastic pots to go inside existing terracotta ones, and was able to find exactly what I needed. Arrived quickly, seem v good quality. I emailed with a query and received a prompt and helpful response. Very happy customer
I have been a customer for a couple of years and am very pleased with the value of the products and speed of delivery. In addition, the customer service is outstanding. I ordered a number of 7cm pots but realised the next day that I would also need some 11cm pots. I placed a separate order online and left a message asking whether this could be added to the existing order to save on postage costs. Jamie Paul, the MD, sent me an email saying that he had managed to pull the order from the Royal Mail collection, add in the extra pots and give me a refund of postage within no time at all. Marvellous.
Seller did not hold the stock stated on their site and instead of informing me, refunded the item and sent an incomplete order. They did not inform me before sending my order,and so I was unable to substitute the missing item with or cancel my order.I also paid for express delivery from Plant Pots Direct.I had to reorder the seeds I needed from a different company, and therefore ended up with a delay and had to pay another p&p fee.I sent 2 polite emails to them and left a voicemail message - no replies and ZERO communication from them. Shoddy customer service.

I am usually cautious with ordering from places I've never done so before but they had exactly what I needed and the prices were really reasonable. I wasn't expecting brilliant quality but I didn't really want to use amazon who tend to be overpriced with items like plant pots and often really poor quality.Everything was great! Shipping prices is what really sold me on this company as I felt they were more than fair (other places wanted double shipping costs than what I was paying for the product itself!)I ordered 16 pots and a large seed tray for my chili plants. They were dispatched quickly and packaged very well so they arrived with no issues. The quality of the product far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering from this company again and I would highly recommend them based on my experience.
I've been using these 11cm square black plant pots for some years, for growing seedlings for my allotment. I like to grow my seedlings a bit larger than you can using plug trays, so these work nicely. They last many years with only a little care.Just a slight grumble that Plant Pots Direct send them via Royal Mail, so there's no delivery tracking. You just know that they'll arrive 3-5 days after you are notified by email of despatch. Apart from that, the service from Plant Pots Direct is great. I recommend them.
Ordered coloured pots and saucers. Some missing. Emailed and got reply the same day. Mussing items arrived very next day.Wish other companies replied and actioned quickly when things have been missed.Would definitely use again
Brilliant service. Needed pots to stock a church plant stall. Emailed to ensure products in stock - reply came promptly. Price was competitive and delivery swift. Wouldn't hesitate to order again

Great value and products.They don't have a huge range and the prices look like trade only but they accept small orders for domestic users and delivery is very reasonable.Standard delivery is 2nd class so don't expect Amazon Prime-like tracking and speed.Despite the Christmas rush and covid complications, they still answered my delivery enquiry quickly with a tracking number.I'll definitely be bookmarking them to see what they have on offer in The Spring.Oh, and the pots themselved were top notch.
Order to delivery quick with this company. Products are generally good and well priced. I would have given five stars but, following a second delivery, several seed trays and lids melted and deformed in the heat of the sun! This risk with the type of trays and lids they are selling was not pointed out on the website! So I'm now stuck with a bunch of unusable trays and lids. A waste of money and it delayed valuable seed planting time.
