My experience with Propain
Ordered my bike back in may 2025. It arrived exactly on time. Easy to assemble. Very great quality no complaints there. Reasonably priced. Very fast, capable and friendly customer service. I lost my receipt for the bike and got it in less then 3min from customer service. If you are considering buying a new bike check Propain out.

Amazing bikes and even better staff
I ordered my Propain Tyee 6.1 on September 2025 from Italy and the estimated delivery date was perfecly on point, even though this really depends on their workload during the period you order the bike on. I've been riding the bike for about 4 months now and it feels amazing, it's so much capable. I love every single component of the bike, since I chose it myself thanks to the best bike configurator out there. Propain has the widest range of high-end components I've ever seen.Finally, the support team has been amazing and always answered in very little time. For example yesterday I contacted them for an aesthetic bike issue and everything was resolved in less than 12 hours, they sent me the part I needed and I didn't have to pay anything.Overall it has been a top-notch experience!

Very good quality, very good value for money
I own two Propain bicycles: a carbon-frame 2021 Hugene and an aluminum 2025 Tyee. Both are great bikes. The Hugene can face all trails but the most demanding. The aluminum Tyee, despite being heavier, is surprisingly efficient to pedal uphill. Quality of frames is top notch and thanks to the online configurator you can decide how to spend your money investing in the components you value the most on their online shop. Over the years I contacted several times technical support for different reasons and I always received a reply, maybe not the same day, but always within a very reasonable amount of time. I met them in person in test ride days and fairs across Italy and Austria and the crew is always nice and friendly.

Even though I told their customer service that I bought my propane bike used, they still were very helpful on the phone, and send me replacement parts super easy and were kind enough not to charge me for them. Even said they could help with crash replacement, if need be.

Super nice and friendly Tech Support at Propain
Today I had a great experience with Propain's technical support. I purchased a Terrell CF frameset (by the way, the sales and shipping service was very satisfactory). I had some specific technical questions about installing custom components that I couldn't find on the website. I used the chatbot, which couldn't provide the information because it was too specific. Propain immediately contacted me by phone, providing detailed answers and helpful advice. They were very kind, and I thank them again for their support.

Happy to be on a Propain bike
Decided to buy myself a TYEE 6 AL Mix and SPINDRIFT 5 AL PARK Mix after diving into many reviews. Friend was on the TYEE already and raving.The Propain online configurator is such a blast. Handy and addictive at the same time! I reached out to Propain by chat and email end of 2024. After a initial hick up - customer service was a bit overloaded because of Black Friday - I got in contact with Kilian from customer service. Both by phone and email, Kilian helped me out in a great way with both bikes.If the initial contact doesn’t take off smooth, don’t give up on Propain. Just bang a little fist and they will take great care of you. Even after I received the bikes customer service kindly helped me out with some finetune questions.Been riding both bikes for a year now and I can't say enough on how much I love them. The TYEE AL just does it all both up- and downhill. A truly amazing bike. Not heavy at all. Feels solid and planted but still very playful even for park runs. The SPINDRIFT PARK is big fun. Bike for the best, but still suitable for a average Joe like me. It just makes you a better rider.

Bought a spindrift al5 frame, shipment was delayed with 4 weeks. The bike itself is magnificent, it glides over the trails and it did not dissapoint on the jumps. Only downside is that the bike comes with a weird sized headset from acros. Acros sucks i had these headsets on multiple bikes and eventualy they break. The headset on my spindrift lasted 12 days of normal riding(in my opinion). I think thats quiet fast but thats something propain cant do anything about. Reached out to propain and without asking they send me a new headset, really great service. Overall, would recommend!

Bad communication
It feels like once they have your money, you're left completely in the dark. Email multiple times — no reply. I messaged them on social media — silence. And calling? Not an option. No one picks up, and there’s no clear way to reach a real person.I just want to know what happened with my orderand a confirmation that it has been taken to work

I was really impressed with the customer service. I contacted them on Sunday evening, and by Tuesday the issue was perfectly resolved. They responded very quickly and handled everything in a professional and friendly manner. Since moving to Europe, I’ve found that fast and efficient support can be hard to come by — so this level of responsiveness was especially surprising and refreshing.

UK manager doesn't have a clue what's going on
Awful experience, the guys in the UK don't have a clue what's going on. ordered a bike months ago and yet to hear any update at all. Spoke to the manager and he's doesn't have a clue either. The manager massively seems under qualified for what he has control over, perhaps the german team need to get in contact and provide some training in customer service, as its definetly needed. Everytime I call up I get fed utter bs from him, never trust a word that comes from him! He doesn't know what he's talking about!Just go a get a bike from the lovely guys at YT or even Canyon

Amazing customer support after frame failure
I bought my Hugene 2CF last summer and got it delivered from Propain in 4 weeks time, this was beyond my expectations based on reviews I had read. The bike has been amazing, by far my favorite bike so far. This spring I was going to service the headset bearing and sadly I found a frame crack inside the headtube in the bearing race. I was devastated and expected a long and gnarly warranty process. During easter I sent in a "bike complaint" to Propain and got reply directly after the holidays. Rapid process and now 3 days after Propain's first reply I have a confirmation that a new main frame is on its way to me. I couldn't be more happy!

Hello. I am from Romania and I am writing this review because I want to express my satisfaction with the product and the collaboration in general. The bike was ready for shipping exactly on the date communicated when I paid for the order. I have nothing to complain about. And the only thing I would work on would be a faster response to emails. But, I think that, working globally and the volume of emails is enormous. In the end it is ok. The bike is AWESOME. It came exactly as I configured it. I can't wait to get back to you with my opinions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Propain team 👍.

Propain customer service deserves the highest possible rating. Two of my problems when buying a bike were solved very quickly by the propain team. My messages were answered very quickly. The service was very nice, patient and helpful. Shopping at Propain is a real pleasure. You feel like you are part of a family. And the bikes are real masterpieces. This will be the first company I'll contact, when buying another bike.

Wow what a Bike !!
My first experience was a phone call to Crawley and I spoke to John who was very very helpful and the call made me visit the uk office. At the office I then met Adam who was also very helpful discussing the bike I was interested in,( Ekano 2 cf ). I went away excited about the bike. Online I went to configure a bike spec.Phone calls to Adam who was very patient with and advice on various components etc.I bought the bike early 2024 and WOW what a bike !! A couple of issues early doors but the after sales was brilliant.A brilliant well made and engineered mountain bike. It’s given me so much confidence going downhill on sections I would never would have done before on my other bikes. Thank you Propain for making me a Happy Bunny 😂

Quick response, good consultation
Bicycle was sent much quicker then anticipated, arriving ca. 10 days after the order. When I asked what I would need to fit a dual crown fork on a Spindrift, they’ve sent a spacer free of charge. Also, the consulting during and after the purchase was great, with answers within a day for any questions I had.
