Replace decals
Had to take car back to get stripe decals re-done on car after someone reversed into car.kris was very accommodating and took me in at short notice and just like first time around did an excellent job with car decals again.robert tait

100% Brilliant work and service

Un professional to returning customer
It is with great frustration that my truck has been returned to the dealership 'Unwrapped' after it has spent 3weeks sitting around at PTW Automotive while I receive excuse after excuse as to why it can't be done, originally booked in on the 6th July, this was then pushed back until the 17th of August before being pushed back until the 7th September. After I was told my truck would only be worked on in September and not as and when possible 'like agreed' PTW automotive then had the cheek to post picture of them working on the shop truck.I have used PTW automotive before and that was why I thought I could trust them to do a good job on my truck. But since April 29th of April when we initially agreed the 6th of July booking it has been nothing short of a nightmare. Delay after delay and double booking after double booking.I felt as a returning customer I might have been looked after, but far from it. Disappointed in the attitude I have received and the delays which have ensued. Meaning I cannot start operating my business until at least September now.
