Very poor experience – AvoidI ordered what was advertised as a "caravan douche" from Puma Bathrooms, but the product was completely unsuitable for caravan use. The item weighed around 1.2 kg, which is far too heavy for lightweight caravan shower cabins (typically made of thin acrylic). This crucial detail – the weight – was not mentioned anywhere on the product page, and there was almost no information provided about the size or specifications.I returned the item promptly after explaining the issue, and I followed all their instructions, including providing images and sending it tracked. They confirmed receipt and said the refund would take up to 28 days. It's now well over a month, and I still haven't received my refund.To make matters worse, their communication has been slow, unclear, and frustrating – they even asked for an order number after I had already provided all the details and proof of return.This has been a huge waste of time and money. I do not recommend this seller, especially if you're buying for a caravan or expecting decent customer service.

If I could give this company and in particular their products 0 start I would. Their after sales customer care is non existent and the people on the phones are vile. If you want an easy life avoid this company and take your money elsewhere as their products are definitely not fit for purpose.

Bought a sq left hand bath from James Hargreaves In October 2020 and was fitted in Dec 2020 The bath edgings were very weak and found that when fitted their was a small split on one of the corner edges the bath The bath is was fitted in I have complained to j Hargreaves plumbers merchants and pura bathrooms nothing To pura bathrooms they have said once fitted they will not replace so it as a 25 year guarantee with the bath that is worth less

A reliable Company with quality products
I have a bathroom suite manufactured by Pura and recently needed to replace a couple of washers from the toilet seat which was three years old. Their after sales team could not have been more helpful and went to great lengths to ensure that the correct parts were supplied. This high level of custom service is very rare these days and I would recommend this company and their products which are of high quality.
