They'll take your money but you may or may not get the item.
I ordered 2 items. They charged me for both, sat on it a week, canceled one of them at the last minute, and told me there was no way I could cancel the other item. They gave me the opportunity to make a return when it arrives (because who doesn't love extra steps), but it's still going to take another week for the refund of the item they didn't have to begin with. I contacted customer service and was offered 10% off my next nightmare experience with them. What a horrible horrible company. I am so deeply disappointed that I gave them a chance at all.

Order fulfillment disaster
I ordered a bundle of 3 tees in xsmall, colors green, white, and gray. I received (and was charged for) 6 green tees in size small. Contacted customer service and they said they would replace the 3 I ordered and refund the 3 extras but I didn’t need to return them. They said they’d immediately process the new order since it was their mistake. I had also ordered 3 xs tank tops that I intended to keep. After providing them with photos of the 6 green shirts and disconnecting with customer service, I get an email they are sending me 3 tank tops, not the shirts we just spent 1/2 an hour chatting about. Try to reach out again—they were so confused and I still was charged for the 6 green shirts. Fine—whatever—I don’t have time for this and I wasn’t impressed with the shirt quality anyway. So they send me the return label so I can get a refund for $100 for the 6 green shirts and they say I don’t need to return the tank tops they have now sent in error. Ok—I’m not going to argue with them. Tanks finally arrive: 3 size small (I have never ordered anything but an xsmall from Quince) and totally different colors than the tanks in my original order 😖. In addition I have never been impressed with their quality. I have tried a few things over the years and while they seem nice on arrival, they never hold up. I tried to write a review in the Quince app and it won’t let me—they only accept positive reviews. And if you look at the photos in the reviews, 90% of them are either screenshots from the quince app, or frumpy people who look like they put their clothes on after they were wadded up in a ball under a bed. Never trust a review about quality from someone who would show up looking like. If it seems too good to be true, it’s because it is.

I really want to like this company but…
I really want to like this company but the linen pants I buy keep ripping holes in the groin area. I can tell it's because they're using cheap, thin linen. Do yourself a favor and get the real deal from Eileen Fisher. It'll cost you, but it'll last.

BE CAREFUL.
I have bought several articles from Quince. Love the look and feel of the knitwear. However, my half zip merino wool sweaters need to be sown back together after careful washing. The jeans look great, but the fabric is thin and is nubbing badly. The lower cost comes for a reason. the 365 day return is useless when a article is worn, and how do you know it is sound before you wear it? Be careful.

My daughter bought me a Quince cashmere sweater for Christmas. It's only February and the sweater is so full of pills! It's awful, I feel like it can only be worn around the house now. So sad, she was so excited to give it to me....

Outstanding customer service
I had a problem with the delivery of my merchandise and my package couldn’t be retrieved. The delivery company was very helpful and the Quince customer service outstanding and solved the problem immediately.

Wonderful customer service.
I had a problem with an order being sent to a former address and when I contacted the company they were on it immediately. The problem was resolved immediately. I've purchased many items from Quince and have always been pleased. They're an excellent company.

I needed to exchange a defective sweater (the first time I’ve experienced this with a Quince product). The communication was handled by text (my choice) quickly, easily and very pleasantly. I remain a satisfied customer and will shop with them again.

FALSE ADVERTISING!
FALSE ADVERTISING!! I ordered cotton/bamboo fabric Pajamas Set for $ 85 -They arrived with the TOP only, and it’s 95% polyester and 5% spandex…. FROM CHINA!!What a scam….. trying to do a refund but when you click the “customer service” or “start a refund” it goes back to the Homepage. Do NOT BUY!!!!
