Would give this 0 if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Programmes bought 4 weeks ago, and yet to arrive. Was dispatched the day after purchased. Contact with customer service (Nicole) is awful. Emails regarding your order take ages to be acknowledged. Apparently my programmes were resent but a week on, they are yet to arrive.

Ordered a program to then be told it wont arrive before the game, its now been over 5 days and still not arrived. Would have been cheaper getting one at the match and posting it myself to the person I hadnt bought it for as a present. Emailed, then a auto email saying it will be 3 working days to get a reply!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Took my money,didn't send out the product and ignored my emails requesting an explanation. Reported them to my bank and I had an email the next day to say an refund was being processed! Still waiting for an explanation as to why I didn't receive the product.

SCAM Warning - Do Not Buy From
As per other reviews, this is a scam. Money sent in good faith for programme that has never arrived. No phone call to apologize for the delay, no offer of refund, don't answer phone calls. Literally disappeared.Any positive review for this company is probably from someone that works there and a few of their friends and family.DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE ABSOLUTE SCUMBAGS

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are a scam. They will take your money but never send out your item. I have contacted them multiple times and always get the same automated reply that they will send out a replacement but they won't. I don't think they ever sent out my original order to begin with. Avoid at all costs.

Missing Books.....I ordered 2 Liverpool Books on 25.11.23…
I ordered 2 Liverpool Books on 25.11.23 for presents, still no delivery as yet & Nicola assures me they went out 2 days after my order was put in, I've asked who their couriers are but no reply, I've sent 4 e mails & they only reply every 3-4 days, Please avoid this site they are a total pain in the backsideUPDATE ...1.2.24 My books have arrived YES !!! Only 2 months from date of order,.... With many Emails sent, DONT GIVE UP.

Mediocre Service
I wish I'd read the reviews of Reach Sport before placing an online order for a book about Duncan Edwards as a Christmas present on 13th December 2023. Needless to say the book I ordered didn't turn up. I then sent 2 emails to which I received automated responses but no further correspondence. I've just been on to my credit card company who are going to refund me. Just a suggestion, but perhaps it might be an idea for Reach Sport to only make charges to people's credit cards AFTER they've despatched their orders. Once bitten...

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. You have to subscribe and then random issues don't arrive, you e-mail, call etc nothing. If your subscription does expire then they don't even bother alerting you so as you can renew. Ive even tried e-mailing the CEO but clearly the shi@e service comes from the top.Why football clubs etc put their faith in this shower is beyond me

Ordered a rugby program 3 weeks ago as part of a birthday present. Have heard absolutely nothing from them since- no shipping communication, no estimated delivery- nothing! Have emailed 4 times with no response. No telephone number to call. Absolutely shocking customer service, wish I’d read these other reviews before ordering. Will now not receive the program in time. Please avoid!

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. Customer service seems to only extend to an automated email reply. Thought buying direct would be easier however totally frustrating. Recommend they are avoided and if you need items find another supplier

SCAM BEWARE
If I could give minus 1,000,000 I would, but even then they deserve less.This company was brilliant last season in getting my Tottenham Hotspur football programmes to me before match day. I had a subscription for 26 programmes.I decided to renew it. I wish I hadn't renewed.The first programme expected was the Tottenham Hotspur v Liverpool game and the next one was Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham. The Liverpool game was 4 weeks ago on 30th September and the Fulham game was on Monday 23rd October. I have received nothing. Emailed them 6 times and, you've guessed it, there was no reply.They don't give you a phone number so the only way to contact them is email so they ignore it.I'll never recommend this company so I suggest everyone steers well clear of them.

An update on my Tony Gale autobiography…
An update on my Tony Gale autobiography order. 6 weeks after ordering the book from Reach Sport it still hasn’t shown up. I eventually got a reply to my email which said another one had been sent but that still hasn’t shown up either. I emailed and asked when it was sent but the reply I got back a week later was “please let us have your address to make sure we have the correct one which leads me to wonder if another one was even sent at all. Thy are a complete shambles of a company avoid them at all costs.

Order arrived after chasing it up
I ordered Man City Triple Winners programme on 20th June. On 9th July I emailed the company as my order had not arrived. Email responded to on the 10th July with apologies; informed programme had been dispatched but would be resent. Programme received 14th July. The three stars is purely for the quick response to the email and goods arriving within a reasonable timeframe from the email. I was worried my order would not arrive having read other reviews. I was ready to contact my bank to have the payment charged back to my account.However, I cannot fault their response and quick actions to deliver as promised.

Do not use this company. They failed to deliver 2 programmes ordered on the 5th June. I have chased them and had one response on the 19th June to check my address. Still no update and no delivery and it’s 1st July

Very disappointed.…
Ordered Chelsea Year Book on 7/3 on day of release, order accepted. After 7 days no book, checked account on website which stated order completed. Still nothing today , account shows order cancelled 17/3. Asked for explanation. Reply order cancelled 17/3 no more stock.Said they sent Email but nothing received. Used this company for a few years but their efficiency is now zero.
