I spent over $1,000.00 on the peel and stick wallpaper. It took me several weeks to install. It's been 5 months and it's falling off my walls. I'm sick about it- I worked very hard to match and get the seams just right. I installed a bathroom sink, toilet, and light fixtures over the wallpaper. Putting up new wallpaper will be even more difficult now. If I had to do it over I would purchase regular wallpaper and hire a professional to do the install. Expensive lesson learned.

I recently had to resubmit my tax form and wanted to confirm that everything was submitted correctly. I contacted the Spoonflower Help Center, and they responded very quickly, confirming that everything is in order.

The quality of my wallpaper prints are wonderful. I order swatches from every design I finish and upload. I'm very happy about the quality and love the brilliant colors.
I love the breadth of design in Spoonflower fabrics, the incredible variety - and the sales. The new $20 per yard cost is outrageous. It's just too high, up from the already high $18 per yard. With JoAnn Fabrics gone, there is an even greater need for a reliably good fabric shop. But please return the price - to at least $18, but $16 would be even better. Please don't price sewers like me out of a good thing

yet again more problems. I am still trying to receive an order for wallpaper I ordered on 17th January 2026. Impossible to speak to anyone to check you have ordered correctly, i got my order wrong, only partially refunded for over ordering. It wasn't until I got PayPal involved i even got that. Now the whole rest of my order has been lost. I'm currently fighting for it to be delivered with PayPals help but nothing yet & its the 18th Feb 2026 now. Horrible communication. I have spent nearly 800 pounds sterling with this company & have received zero to date. Do not use this company!
I genuinely love Spoonflower’s fabric quality, and their customer service has always been great when something is off with the actual print or fabric. They’ve been responsive and helpful in making things right.BUT! the turnaround times and shipping are wildly inconsistent. I can place one order and it arrives surprisingly fast, then order the same product a month later and still be waiting weeks with little to no meaningful tracking updates. When you ask about it, the response is often the same canned “it shipped, the post office messed up” explanation and it starts to feel like the blame gets pushed everywhere except the part Spoonflower controls.What frustrates me most is the attitude of “if you have a deadline, pay premium shipping.” Consistent production turnaround would solve most of this without customers having to pay extra just to get reliability.I’ll still order because the fabric is great, but I really wish they’d fix the consistency and transparency around production times and shipping.And Spoonflower if you are reading this you totally know i am right, stop with the shipping BS and be consistent!

I had four dining chairs and four barstools that needed reupholstering, and I’d been searching for the perfect material for ages. Then I discovered Spoonflower. They offer so many designs, and I found exactly what I wanted. Ordering samples and placing my order was a breeze. The fabric is stunning, and the chairs and barstools turned out beautifully!
HORRIBLE company, so not buy from them if you're wanting to get a project started within 2 months. I've tried 2 different times to order samples and it takes nearly FOUR WEEKS just to ship a little 1x2 sample?!?! and then they won't do anything to help, just say you need to cancel before we ship or wait another 2 weeks. The tracking is even valid so I don't think they've even shipped it. Honestly the worst company
I bought 1m of cotton lawn - it's very thin and they've cheaped out on the length/width, knocking off 2-4cm on both. I might sound petty, but it did cost £35 (for 1m of cotton!!) so at least I wanted to get what I paid for. Don't go for spoonflower- they have a huge range of fabric patterns but the quality is shockingEdit 16/02/2026 In response:Thin was the wrong word - I don't mind thin fabrics, the issue is the fabric feels like crepe paper and creases just as easily, it barely feels like fabricAgain, the wide selvage is not the issue - it's the fact that you digitally print the fabric so the fact that there's less fabric than advertised means you deliberately print it that way. You can't be overpriced, poor quality and skimpy on cut - pick a struggle

Spoonflower has great commercial wallpaper which is difficult to find and several grades of upholstery fabric. Their customer service team replies promptly. We had an issue and it was resolved. Thank you Spoonflower.
