I called in with a billing inquiry. The person who helped me said she is not the bookkeeper but would try to help. and solved the issue immediately! She was very helpful and friendly.

Took the money, never shipped the headset. Numerous emails were ignored, phone was never answered. Finally disputed charges through my credit card company to get a refund. Seems like a straight up SCAM site.
Proceed with caution if you place an order with stagelightingstore.com. I ordered a lighting controller which dropped shipped from manufacturer ADJ. I contacted Customer Service multiple times for updates. Each time someone said they would get back to me within a day, but never did. The controller wouldn't work as advertised. Again, I contacted Customer Service multiple times for a Return Authorization. I also contacted Customer Service multiple times for refund status, each time stating they would follow up. Two and a half months passed from the time I placed the order to the time I received a refund. Twenty percent of the purchase price was deducted from the refund with no explanation.Their website has many reviews, yet I am unable to add mine to their site.
I had an excellent customer service experience with StageLightingStore.com, even though I didn’t end up purchasing my flooring from them. I was in the market for Rosco Adagio flooring for my daughter’s new home dance studio and was trying to find the best price, while still getting it quickly during the COVID 19 pandemic. I had a quote from the cheapest on-line site I could find (with good reviews) and I sent StageLightingStore.com an email asking if they could beat that price for what I needed. I got a remarkably quick reply from Jeff LaPell, I think it was actually a Sunday evening (!), telling me that basically he would try. In the end, he was able to match the price per linear foot, but because they didn’t have it in stock and the California warehouse was shut down for COVID, he was going to have to ship it from Connecticut and the freight fee was quite high. He didn’t even know what my freight quote was from the other company, but he said if I could get it shipped cheaper from someone else, I should do that. He went way out of his way to help me and was very professional and gave me his time even when it didn’t result in a sale. I would recommend this company for business because they treat people right. WORST EXPERIENCE SINCE 2001. NO DELIVERY - NO REFUND - NO RESPONSE CUSTOMER SUPPORTI have been trying with every effort possible to get this resolved. No one gets back to me, lets me know anything. Since I have made my order about a month ago, I have moved to a different location and had to change my cell phone information. Which is why I have been trying to get a hold of someone from this department. The more I attempt to get my refund since they had no plan to ever send over my GRANDMA3 2PORT NODE AKA $1470.00 and has no desire to refund my very much needed money back to me. I have repeatedly asked to call me back 50 times, not 1 (one) phone call returned. A month later after making this purchase they are costing me as much money as I have spent with this company by not giving me what I ordered and not refunding me. I STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!
