Wish i could set a 0. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Wont refund my money even though the flight was canceled and have proof of the funds being transfered from Airline -> supersaver. Its been a year.STAY AWAY.

No accountability

No accountabilityNo accountability, such a waste of time and money. Completely unprofessional. They seem unable to pick up the phone to communicate and get things resolved. Paid the full amount but never received the ticket.Stay away from them.Date of experience: 25 February 2023

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM THIS SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY SUPPORT OR REFUNDS IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG.They will not resolve any issues you have when you come across any travel issues where a refund is required. There are hundreds of reviews across the internet about this company and most if not all are negative reviews about lack of service and support and not refunding customers. We purchased the checkin service and confirmed with their support people that we will be issued our boarding passes within 6 hours of our departure. On the day of our departure within the 6 hour timeframe, we did not receive our boarding passes so we had to check in online ourselves which caused us to be delayed.Their excuse was "you did not obtain the boarding pass in accordance with the check-in service. However, sometimes the check-in service offered by our partner Passnfly is not able to complete the check-in due to external regulations (for example, some destinations do not allow online check-in)." which is inaccurate because the payment was processed for the checkin service and we received confirmation for this as well as we were able to checkin online with the airline company.They refused to issue a refund for a service that we did not receive, then claiming that it's in their policy that this type of service is non-refundable which is also not true as in reviewing their policy there was no such clause.This company will not provide customers with travel support and will not follow thru with their commitment to travellers. I've found that if you book directly thru the airline's website, you will find similar pricing and not have to use services like these for travel. It's not worth the trouble to save a couple of bucks just to be stressed during your vacation on whether you'll receive any support from the source that you booked your tickets thru. We will never use this service again and advise anyone considering this service to not use it as it's not trustworthy.

This is the worst costumer experience i…

This is the worst costumer experience i ever had in my life. They won't refund my Cancelled flight, saying my credit card details are expired? then they would send me multiple e-mails with wrong information...called the costumer service 5 times, every time they would say they will actually do their job and escalate my case, but it's a scam, they never get back to me, never gave me a reasonable answer, i'm so desperate. It's been a month and i still call and ask for my refund and still get lies over the phone.....These type of companies should be closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!something must be done soon to shut down Super Saver, this is unacceptable!

Not the discounted price presented

Tried booking an airline ticket with Supersavertravel.se and the discounted price was if I used Trustly to pay for the ticket. But Trustly’s site doesn’t work and the discount is a scam. Just pay using your usual way of purchasing even if it means the price increase with $15I tried 3 times and no success. The browser just get stuck. Waste of time.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service - if they answer the phone, they just fob you off. I’m waiting for a refund for over 2 months now - best bet, if paid by credit card to go to the credit card and instigate a refund via them under section 75 of credit card act, uk

AVOID at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Waiting over 2 years for a refund of over £3,100 from cancelled flights to Thailand from April 2020. They finally said 2 months ago that they have the money and are 'processing it'. When they do answer the phone they just lie and say it will be with you soon. Awful company that rips people off and destroys faith in the travel industry. They can't be allowed to get away with it and their directors Johan E. Elwin, Bengt H Wetterdal and Max M. Hedlund are the very worst of the greedy and corrupt. I'm now seeking legal advice.

cheating company they will charge you for there mistake

i have booked a weekend return flight, and after 2 days i received a email explaining that the carrier have cancel the return flight and have rebook me to Monday evening, shiXy airline but what can you do, hereafter i contacted super saver again to find an alternative they couldn't/would help so i asked for a cancelation and money back. they agree but i have to pay a handling fee on half a ticket price WTX. i is not my mistake i couldn't do anything to prevent this.

This is a fraud agency

I purchased a ticket from this agency and the airlines cancelled it. Contacted this agency they accepted the refund but it has been more than 6 months and they refused to give my money back

If the flight is canceled, you will not get a refund even if the airlines pays back. and in that case you will not get any money for the extra services you chose.Or if the AirLine makes some changes, these thugs will charge you again to do the administrative work.In Short, DO NOT USE Supersavertravel

I am not the first person to complain…

I am not the first person to complain about this company. I have had two problems with the company. The first problem was resolved albeit not in a very nice way. The second hasn't been resolved. The first problem I had was that at the time of making my flight booking I was charged more than was shown on the payment page for some unbeknown reason. When I contacted the agent regarding the extra costs and after a lot of back and forth I was given a refund. but I also had the most obnoxious response from an agent I have ever had trying to blame me for the situation. Now I have a further problem. The company did not refund the flight ticket 7 days after it was credited to them. Instead they held the money back. It wasnt until I got in touch with them and more back and forth communication did I supposedly get a refund. The associate at supersavertravel chose to ignore my repetitive requests to please contact me for my new account details before making the refund. And to this day I have waited another month for them to rectify the problem. They do not make the least effort from their side to do anything about any situation. Instead they, in my view, steal money from their customers for as long as they can.

Don’t trust SuperSaver …

I bought tickets to Lviv by SuperSaver, but they were canceled because of corona by flight company WizAir they sent me official letter informing that the refund was sent to SuperSaver account. Many times I wrote them asking about my money- No way!it is almost 2 years when I try to get them and no resort Impossible!!!SuperSaver just ignore No trust to them
