Are they still operating or have they closed down?
I’ve contacted House of Marley customer service multiple times and received absolutely no response. At this point I’m genuinely wondering whether the company is still operating, because customer support appears to be nonexistent.For a brand trading on Bob Marley’s name, this is embarrassing. In my experience, the products and the company fall far short of what his legacy represents. If he knew how customers are treated, he’d be rolling in his grave. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I bought off their nz retailer marleyaudio.co.nz and they won’t send my item after nearly a week or respond to any emails I send. All links to contact them on their site are dead, so I had to use order email. I doubt I will ever get my item. Having to go to bank to see if I can get my money backEdit: got money back week later. I bought a Get Together Blue Tooth…
I bought a Get Together Blue Tooth speaker 4 years ago. I was assured it was a terrific product, well built with good sound and eco friendly. It failed last week, so I was in touch regarding a repair. The product is discontinued thus parts are no longer available. So much for a terrific eco friendly product. I am VERY dissapointed.

Great products & Customer service!
Great products, Bought the Stir it up Turntable and Get together 2 XL soundbox. Very, very good quality and design for that LOW price! After one year my soundbox didn't work anymore, i contacted them, and within 12 hours they sent a brand New box to me, for free! Now THAT'S great customer service. I can't give them less than 5 stars. I'm stationed in Germany.

Awful electrical design
I got a Chant speaker a couple years ago. At first the speaker looks ok. The pouch with the logo with room for charging cable. But the electrical design and quality is so bad.- In the bottom there is a hatch where you can access the battery. But it's an uncommon soldered type.- The switch is fragile since its a thin plastic rod from the component to the grey one that users interact with. If/when it snaps, there is no easy way to disassemble the speaker so you can access and replace the switch.- The electrical design of the switch area itself is "normally closed" meaning if the switch component breaks or is removed, the speaker will be turned on. When the speaker then almost runs out of battery it will turn off and on and sound like someone hammerring. And of course that happens in the middle of the night.

Very poor customer service.
Very poor customer service. I have tried contacting them by email and phone several times. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. I get a busy signal or a audio message stating they will call back. They never do. Had I known that the customer service does not exist i would of never purchased anything from House of Marley. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I’d give less than one star if I could. Our package came damaged and it’s been like pulling teeth trying to talk to someone at this shit company. We ordered a record player for my daughter Christmas present and they have no helped one bit trying to resolve this issue. No one answers the phone and a long email gets a one sentence response with zero help. F this company. Not sure how they are still in business.

I’m stuck with a pair of 200$ Rebel wireless earbuds. I’ve tried to reach out to HoM through their contact us, as well as replying to advertising but heard only crickets. This went on for three months. Right earbud lasts less than 1 song, left gets about 6 hours.Sustainable? No because if they done work, they had to be replaced. So after years of nothing but HoM wired earbuds, I’ve bought a pair of skull candy Dime 3s wireless for 30$ they work very well. Save your money.

If you want your headphones to fall apart in 5 months, this is the place to go. I have earbuds and overear headphones that have fallen to bits, so it wasn't just one bad item.If your product breaks within the warranty they don't offer refunds.

Very cheap products and sound for the money. Bluetooth issues on both original and replacement turntable. Replacement turntable came with drive belt that was uneven width ( no QC), likely would snap after minimal use.Sound quality of Bluetooth speakers barely OK. I would think any “sustainable” benefits the company tries for would be negated by a number of back and forth transactions for defective products. A classic 21st century business model that leaves the customer unhappy while enriching the owners.

Terrible customer service
The Stir It Up wireless turntable I received is un-usable since the needle chatter is so high (and multiple reviews online suggest this is a typical problem with their turntables). Dealing with House of Marley Canada for a return has been a nightmare. House of Marley’s return policy states they will pay for return shipping if the item is defective, which it is, yet it’s been a week trying to reach them to have shipping covered and trying to get any type of customer service has been impossible.

First they sell me a faulty product
First they sell me a faulty product, then they take over 2 months to reply to me after trying to contact them by phone, email and social media to get it replaced within my warranty timeframe. They eventually reply asking for photos of the speaker which sat around in my house broken for months awaiting their feedback and eventually thrown away because I heard nothing back. I told them this and that it didn't specify in their warranty section on their website that the broken product needed to be returned to get a replacement, nevermind that I would be charged for shipping too. Now they refuse to replace it because of their poor product and service. Very untrustworthy and shady business practice.
