Great customer service; above & beyond!!!
Great service
Great customer service!
I placed an order that was temporarily lost. When I wrote to ask for a credit Lucille looked into it and sent me tracking info showing it had been delivered. I got her info when I was on vacation and was glad to know the order had been delivered.
Comfortable bras and good sizing guide. Shipping was fine
First time customer, might be last time customer. Loved the style I received but the sizing is so far off from traditional bras. When I asked for online "Fit Help" so I could exchange for a new size, that's where they seemed to not understand the problem or respond in a timely manner. As a result, I can only initiate a return, not an exchange, and I'm out the $5 shipping return fee because no one would help me find the right size for my measurements and breast type.
Just got my minimizer bra. Fits great! Love the material. Looking forward to wearing it for a long while!
Advertise $30 off $100 but it was difficult to use. The actual products that were part of the promotion were not noted on the product pages. They did promptly cancel my order, so that was good, but otherwise I am done with this business.
The bra band sizes do not correlate to reality, and are two inches smaller than the listed band size on the largest rung. The reason given is "most brands go by vanity sizing, and we've gotten our measurements from real women. the size design is also considering additional factors like the band stretching with wear and washing." This is not a reason to not include 34 inches of band on a 34 inch band bra, from a real woman, with a real measuring tape. This is a HUGE problem for maternity bras, where breasts may change three sizes during pregnancy. Even starting on your supposedly regular size, there is zero room to grow (or breathe). When I asked for a slightly larger cup size as well, due to very slight overflow on one side, they kept insisting I keep the same cup size and go up a band size to 36 (just to get a 34), even though cup size jumps quickly during pregnancy. It seems like they are fitting pregnant women just like non-pregnant women, or trying to sell more bras. This means instant exchange. At least customer service is helpful, and exchanges are free, though returns are $4.99. They said they would pass my feedback onto their Fit Team, which is more than most companies would do, but to see if they actually adjust their maternity sizing, I will literally have to hold my breath.Since bras should be alternated daily to give the elastic time to go back in place, if you bought two maternity bras like me, while doing endless third love exchanges, the other bra won't have time to breathe. If you only ordered one bra, or bras from this company, you'll be stuck in your old synthetic bras during the exchanges, which are known to cause birth defects. Overall, though it seems like a good t-shirt bra, and well made, I don't recommend this brand at all for maternity for these reasons. My backup Sugar Candy maternity bra purchase ended up being the winner, and costed less, too.
I have been a Third Love customer for six years. The bras are well-designed, eliminate cup gapping, and have excellent customer service to back them up. The most recent style I have been buying has had a little hardware issue. I contacted customer support and they requested a lot of details about the issue, sizing, and how I care for the bras so that they could get the information to the design team. I appreciate this level of service and being able to give feedback to the team because I absolutely love this design and am hoping they can improve the hardware on it. It was recommended that I try a different size and that this may have contributed to the issue, so they are sending me a replacement. I’m definitely sticking around as a loyal Third Love customer.
The customer service at third love goes above and beyond my expectations. The products are awesome. I just needed some help with my order for an Insurance insurance claim because my house burnt down. When they asked me if there was anything else they could do I said sure! Send me some new panties! Jokingly, guess what, they did. A very kind gesture, it made my day and it is very much appreciated.
So glad I found this brand, I love all the items I've purchased. Feels so comfortable. I haven't had any issues with delivery or quality.
I needed to return a bra and exchange it for a different size. Kat was so helpful and patient walking me through each step of the process. I immediately received the return information and my new bra will be shipped as soon as the return has been processed. Very impressed!
I had to return and reorder my bras and ask for fitting assistance. The customer service team was great. They were very responsive and helpful. Love the bras.
I ordered a bra in my size that was final sale. When I received the bra, it was massive on me and very ill-fitting. Clearly it was on sale because it was defective. They of course won’t let me return it.*UPDATE*I did indeed speak with a very unhelpful stylist who goes around and around in circles robotically answering with the exact same thing that's on their website. One of the company's slogans is "we promise this bra will fit" and yet Elena shared "our sizes might fit a bit different compared to those of other brands, even if the size is the same." What?! I had shared that recent purchases of the same size bra from Yvette and Champion had fit perfectly (both purchased for HALF the price of a Third Love bra) and gave GREAT support. The flimsy Third Love bra was hanging off of me, even if I put it on the tightest hook and the straps on their lowest height. The back also hikes way up. The bra was comically oversized. Elena and their website also suggests reselling on Poshmark, but I am not reselling a defective bra to some other unsuspecting person. Please look up reviews on Reddit that discuss how demented Third Love's sizing system is and how it varies with every style customers have bought from this brand. What a horrible company that gaslights its customers on sizing and won't take ownership when it sends out defective merchandise.
I've been ordering from this company for years. They make super comfy bras, and I'm a large cup (DD). Recently I ordered a new wireless style, the size wasn't quite right and they were great about letting me exchange to find the right fit.
I have the 24/7 classic t-shirt bra and yes, it's super lightweight and comfy but there is no 'headlight' coverage at all - why call it a t-shirt bra? Also the strap adjustments don't stay in place and I have to cinch them tighter before every wear. Not worth the price IMO.
I'm 70 and I have an awful time with strapless bras, I just received my first one from Third Love and I'm so happy, I have no gaping , overspill and so far it's comfortable, I'll definitely be ordering another one in beige.
I’m bought bras from Third Love for a long time and they’re the best I’ve ever used. Recently a third party app changed my default address to my sister’s residence and she received my bras. She’s 84 and in a retirement facility with no car. She had no idea what happened to the package. So Kat at Third Love arranged for a replacement which was SO sweet and helpful!
Getting to chat with Emma made me feel confident about the size to choose and informed me about which bra would work well for me.
