Toolmarts sent me a set of light bulbs and one of them were broken. There is no customer service, no refunds and no exchanges no matter what you buy. Buyer beware!

I ordered an item on November 3, 2025. On December 10, 2025 I sent an email asking for an update on when the item would arrive. NOTHING!!!Very frustrated and angry.
They do not update the shipping information, and on top of that, they changed the price that was displayed online, so I had to pay the difference separately
They sell things that they say in stock but are not in stock. Reputable companies will say "not in stock" But you are fooled and then you wait for over 2 months. If you don't have something to sell, be truthful. Don't take people's money today and hope one day in the future you might get it.
Transaction was good. Especially the value but the screw tips I purchased were garbage. They snapped in 2 after driving in 3 screws. Won’t buy again

The capacitor was priced fairly and shipped quickly. After installing, my old compressor is working again. Happy customer!
It took awhile to get, but I’m happy it arrived and will use it soon.
I ordered a part. Paid for same. Waited for 10 to 12 days hearing nothing. Then received an e mail that informed me my order had been canceled. That wont happen again because i will not be doing business with you again.

I couldn't find this part anywhere. Toolmart had it for relatively cheap, and shipped it out quickly.
My product still has not shipped it is April 21st and the order was placed on April 4th. Their communication is very pool. I have had to ask for several updates.

You ultimately told me the product I ordered was out of stock. I looked at numerous websites and many of them stated they could not obtain the product. Since the item appeared on your website, I believed you had the product in stock and therefore I ordered it from you. I would have appreciated that you would have removed the item from you inventory before I placed my order. It was not until I requested an update that you informed me of the situation. I did appreciate you responding and crediting my account fairly timely.
No tracking numbers were sent. At this time I have no indication if the product has even been shipped.

I ordered a Stabila elevation rod on 3/18/25, on 4/1/25 I reached out to their customer service via email since I couldn’t get them on the phone saying I had not received my order let alone any shipment notification at all, on 4/2/25 I got a response saying: “I have reached out to our shipping department regarding an update on your item, I'll inform you as soon as I receive any correspondence from them.I sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.Best Regards,Geff”It is now 4/7/25 and I have not heard anything, and the item actually says ships same day on their web page as of this moment. Either this website is a scam or they have the worst service I have ever experienced, either way I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.Update:On 4/8/25 I got a notification they shipped the item, it sat on the we haven’t received the package yet for a few days and then finally updated that USPS had the package and it arrived shortly after. It feels like it only shipped finally because I wrote a bad review and said I was going to dispute the charge which sucks but could be a coincidence. I also checked in the physical store and it is legitimately their website, I’m updating from one star to 3 because it still took almost a month to ship something that says ships same day. Hopefully they will fix their shipping time issues.
takes too long to receive product or shipping information. i did not receive a confirmation email and wondered if my order actually went through or not... . i had to actually email them to find out when my product was shipping
