Just love our new carpet!
Our great service began with expert advice of our carpet selection. Installation was completed on time with friendly and knowledgeable gentleman. I can't think of a better place to complete our floor needs.

Excellent experience
Dan and Becky were great to work with, as well as was their entire staff. They made me very comfortable and were patient with me while making a final decision on a carpet to be used as a stair runner. Once my decision was made, they were able to finish the job in a very short turn around time, in order to have it completed before a large holiday family gathering in my home. Also, the installers were professional and left no mess behind. From start to finish, I had a very positive experience. I look forward to working with Dan and Becky in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

Carpet Done Right.
Walked into the showroom and selected the carpet for us from a wide selection. Becky answered all our questions and set up a measurement.Keith called to confirm a time for the measurement and completed it as scheduled. Quote was sent on time as was the install and clean up.

Great company to work with
We recently had a water leak in our condo and needed to replace our wood flooring downstairs. Our contractor gave us Dan's name. He provided us with great insight into our options. We twice visited the store and he and his wife were very helpful. We selected tile and the installation looks great. This is a family run business, which I would prefer to support over the big box stores. You simply cannot beat their knowledge and fantastic customer service.

Most professional people I've ever dealt with.
Dan and Becky were the best people to work with. I really enjoyed working with them. Dan came and measured the areas of my house where I have carpet. He answered all questions I had about having new carpet put down. He told me to come to their store so him and his wife Becky could work with me on picking out the right carpet and color for my home. Their store is awesome!! So much to choose from. They both helped me pick the right carpet and color for me. I brought in my color swatches of the colors in my home. Becky picked the perfect color!! I love it!! They even let me bring several carpet samples home with me to make sure I liked it. Their crew that came and installed the carpet were very professional as well. They moved all my furniture without breaking a single piece. Then they put everything back exactly where it went. I will most definitely have Top Floors do all my flooring work in the future. I highly recommend using them for your flooring needs.

Top Floors Carpet One - Nice work on the carpet and hardwood install
We had a total of 6 rooms done; 4 carpeted and 2 hardwood. The carpet and hardwood installs were completed to satisfaction and look very nice. The workers were on time and respectful. The installs were done on separate days. Five for the carpet and two for the hardwoods. Out of the 7 only one (hardwood installer) didn't seem to speak fluent English. However, he was efficient at installing the flooring. The only issues I had is that one of the transition strips came unglued. The installers had used hot glue to secure it. In addition, they just need to do a better job at following up with and engaging the customer. I had to request a receipt for the work completed. I had also requested proof of liability insurance which was not provided prior to starting the project. Other than that I would use their services again and recommend the firm to others.

They made it truly a pleasant experience! The service is stellar and the carpet is exactly what I wanted. The installation process couldn't have gone any smoother. I definitely recommend them to everyone. They are my 'go-to' from now on!

Great experience
Great service. They came recommended so we had high expectations. Carpet is a hard thing to pick out but they made it easy. We are very happy and will use them again when we get ready to replace carpet in another room. Also, we received a hand written not from them thanking us for our business. That never happens anymore. Nice touch Top Floors.

Top Floors & Carpet One had been recommended to me by a trusted friend and he could not have been more right. A locally owned business, the showroom was intimate and the service was personable without being pushy. They worked patiently with me to find the exact flooring that fit my desire to be as environmentally responsible and fill the bill of being economically feasible and beautiful! The installation was scheduled and fulfilled perfectly. The followup by the lead sales consultant for our job was more than satisfactory and we are looking forward to the next step in the flooring process without reservations. Top Floors is not your over-advertised, big chain flooring store ... and you know that you are getting truly excellent products and service.

Excellent customer service!
We've used Top Floors several times and we'll call them for our next job! We added hard woods on the main level, put a wood looking laminate in our basement and new carpet on our second floor. Pricing is right and very accommodating. The work is fantastic. Installers were on time and professional. For all your flooring needs I recommend contacting Dan & Becky!
