First experience of using Vala health - FASTEST Healthcare I've ever received.
First experience of using Vala health, whilst working in France. I informed them of my problem whilst working on a train journey at 1608 today, had a virtual appointment with someone in Paris at 1715 (whilst on the train), who emailed through a prescription straight after the consultation. I collected my prescription at Paris Monparpasse Station pharmacy when my train arrived at 1930. Incredibly responsive, efficient and professional. The consultation I felt was thorough and offered lots of practical advice as well as diagnosing and prescribing medication. The clinician also offeted direct follow up support if required making me feel fully supported. One VERY SATISFIED customer.

I am a doctor myself.My entire family have had consultations with Natasha Dadour. She is lovely, helpful, empathetic and very mindful of a patient’s needs. I would highly recommend both Vala and Natasha Dadour. What I especially love about Vala is that you can get a same day appointment and the booking process is SO easy!

I couldn't recommend Vala more highly! I have been so impressed by the level of care and attention and the ease of using Vala. I love that I have been able to easily book appointments with no stress at all and multiple follow-ups and emails with the same doctor. Every question and any problem I have had has been talked through thoroughly and made me feel really listened to and reassured and I have been given so much practical advice and support.

I had a wonderful experience. I was so corned about a skin rash on my two year old and signed up. The process took less than five minutes to register, and I booked a consultation with a child’s clinician for the same morning. The twenty minute assessment put my mind at rest and was extremely thorough.
