Laptop charger not working
Not satisfied received a laptop charger with the MacBook Pro that wasn’t working on the laptop. I reached out to someone and was never contacted about getting a replacement or anything.

The folks at Best Deal in Town
The folks at Best Deal in Town, especially Nelson and John. They helped me buy three devices needed for business and they even waited for me to finish buying the devices even 5 minutes after closing. Not many stores are dedicated to their new customers like they do.👍

The payment system through PayPal
The payment system through PayPal, when just using a credit card is confusing and creates anxiety.I received confirmation that the payment went through but continued to receive emails that I needed to complete the payment on the order.It took 3 days for the money to clear.The packing of the laptop was terrible. The laptop was placed in a bubble sleeve and that was put in a box that is much bigger so the laptop was just bouncing around in the box. The box was in bad shape when delivered. This also creates anxiety to know if something was damaged.

I was very unsatisfied with the order that I received. Once I respond back about my problem with the order I was told to pay for a return label and I was going to be charged are stocking fee for the company mistake thinking I was was excited about doing business with your company.

The keyboard was jamming and they gave me the option to get it repaired since it is within 30 days or give me a deal on a better laptop with more processing power for $100 more. Solid deal for the specs. Ill be buying from them again
