I have given Vet Pharmacy plenty of time to contact me and sort out their mistake when they sent dog medicine for my cat, which, incidentally would kill her if I hadn't noticed. They still haven't replied since July 2025. It is now October. All I am going to say is don't use them. If (when!) something goes wrong they are uncontactable and you will be out of pocket. I am quite disgusted by their lack of professionalism.
Ordered harrison's mash from their website as 2 other webshops I tried to order from says they're out of stock. Their website says that they have stock. After I placed the order, I got an email informing me that they did not have any stock and that they would give me an update when they would have it in stock.Sorry, you're offering me an update for when it's in stock, you're making me wait 2+ weeks and don't even offer me a refund until I specifically said I wanted one? Poor service, just go to northenrn parrots.... They'd give you a refund straight away rather then making you wait (if their stock levels where inaccurate, which, they never are on their website....)
Ordered 6 pipettes of Fipnil Plus for Medium Dogs 3s (10-20kg)Qty : 2. I usually but Frontline Plus for my 13.5 year old girl. Before the Frontline needed topping up, I bought these instead. They claim they're the same ingredients as Frontline Plus. So purchased. As soon as the package arrived I checked the expiry date, it was good, I also checked for the volume in each pipette, I've received empty ones before now, so always check. I put it on her. 2 weeks later she has fleas! So went online and purchased 6 pipettes of frontline plus, and treated my home. I wrote a letter to Vet Pharmacy telling them as much. They have ignored all three of my complaints. I have 5 pipettes remaining, I want my money back, for all I know they contain water??? I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If I don't hear from you by day end, I will go to my bank and do a chargeback.
The regulatory body for UK veterinary medicines is The Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD). For my very poor online purchase, I have now checked to see if you are authorised to sell veterinary medicines in UK. Vetpharmacy.co.uk does not feature on the list!Avoid!
Terrible customer service, sent photos, still no reply to email sent on 26/4/23 to date 20/9/23. The order was made on 21/4/23. Although the delivery was showing as shipped on 23/4/23 when I checked the status on website, tracking has never been available through the link.The delivery was made by DX this afternoon 26/4/23, the box looked intact on delivery. It was not until I opened the package that the fact that the bottle of shampoo had leaked / was leaking was visible. There does not look like any cracks to the bottle itself so I assume it has been stored upside down or that the lid was not screwed on sufficiently. I do not know if this has happened during transport as the delivery did take much longer to arrive than other orders I have made with you. I have tried to take photos before I removed it from the box.

Worst customer service. I ordered over a week ago and the shipment was returned to the sender due to missing documents so it didn't pass customs. One of their admins (Lara) finally replied to my email after having to ask them to kindly reply and said they will only process a refund once the item arrived back at their warehouse. Having sent them proof of the item being returned and asking again for a refund, it still doesn't matter to them. She didn't even acknowledge it was their mistake and overall has been very rude. Nothing you tell someone who is trying to save their dog's life!! Stay away from this company would be my advise!
We have been using Antinol on our 11 Yr old Lab and its very pricey on their own website, so came across Vetpharmacy who sell it at a much cheaper price. Ordered it yesterday, it came this morning!! Amazing superfast delivery. Will use again!

Excellent service and fast delivery! Diane was amazing, very helpful she kept me updated with my order. We are in beginning of diabetic journey and i am struggling to find diabetic can foods. Have ordered from many websites but unfortunately all of them refunded my money. Only vetpharmacy called me kept me updated with the order, tried to find alternatives. Still waiting for an order placed a week ago. Vetpharmacy emailed to say it's been despatched but courier say they are still waiting for it from them. No answer on their phone lines. Not good when you have a poorly pet waiting for medication.
This is where I shall be buying all my animals products from now on, I placed an order very late afternoon and the product arrived the next day, amazing!
What a fabulous company accompanied by the heroically nice Tina. She ordered in the meds I needed, rang me the moment they came in and hey presto they arrived the next day. Faultlessly good service done with real care, kindness and humour.
