False and Misleading Claims to Secure Contract, No Delivery
We engaged Vrinsoft to develop a business platform after being assured of their proven experience with similar systems. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite of what was promised.After signing the contract, it quickly became clear that the assigned team lacked the technical expertise they had claimed. We faced major communication issues, and there was no meaningful delivery of the agreed work. Despite multiple attempts to resolve matters professionally, including requests to terminate the engagement, we were denied a refund of our deposit.We also received invoices for charges that were never approved or agreed upon. The project was never delivered, yet further payments were demanded. It is clear the company used false and misleading information to secure the contract and then relied on that contract to demand additional money without delivering results.This matter has now been escalated to the relevant authorities in Australia. Based on our direct experience, we strongly caution others to exercise extreme care and perform thorough due diligence before engaging with this company.

Scam, don't fall for it
I was contacted about a potential job offer to review apps using the Vrinsoft platform. After being trained for 2 days, they have you add crypto to the platform in order to complete daily task. At the end you should be able to withdraw your money. However this is NOT the case. Vrinsoft hold on to your money and give all excuses to why a withdrawal is not possible. I contacted the authorities and the fraud department who confirmed this is a job scam. They have since closed the platform as of September 2024 and may be operating in similar formats. Do not fall for it, you will lose all your money. When I tried to contact and resolve the issue they kept hanging up on my and was clearly not located in Canada as suggested.
