Never again.shop at your own risk!

Purchased water feature from a garden show ,had little to no communication about delivery but it did turn up.Assembled easy enough and worked for total of 4.5 months,did have to continually fill up but put this down to a hot summer and evaporation. On packing away for winter (didn't want to leave it out in the elements) i noticed a crack so complained by email ,10 emails later and still no resolution. Its part of the design Mend it yourself.Company is quoting mis information about my rights.This was not a cheap item and has not been misused and is still under warranty .Have been informed no replacement available and no refund will be given.Avoid Avoid Avoid.Will be taking the matter further.

If I could put 0 stars I would They have taken my money and not supplied the goods. They do not reply to my emails chasing up order and no one answers their phone phone. Worst company ever

A company we could recommend!

We saw a water feature whilst on holiday that was out of stock at the garden centre we visited. Having arrived home from our holiday we contacted outdoor living who had the same water feature at a similar price. We placed an order with them and it was perfectly delivered under 72 hours. We would definitely recommend this company for its efficiency and service. We are so pleased with the purchase.

I recently visited a garden show where I purchased my new water feature, quick delivery the following week and I have now been enjoying my new water feature in the garden the last week friendly guy who I purchased from.

We brought a water feature from outdoor…

We brought a water feature from outdoor living through B&Q and were very impressed at how realistic it is but there were a few things we wasn’t happy with the first was the water feature had obviously been returned by another customer as there were three different sticky tapes sealing the box and the inner polystyrene broken. Know doubt it was returned due to the screw cover could not be tightened which we got around by using electrical tape, also we did hesitate as we went to B&Q to view the water feature but they never had any on show, so we took the chance of buying the feature without actually seeing what we were buying. We are considering buying a solar water feature but we have to say it won’t be from outdoor living. Stephen and Tracey

Fantastic customer service

Bought a water feature in The Malvern show but sadly had to cancel order the next day due to losing my job. They were extremely helpful and gave me a full refund immediately. Would definitely recommend this company.

Moroccan pots water feature

Just bought the Moroccan pots water feature, from buying, delivering to installation it all went well.After taking this feature out of the box , it was all so simple to erect and get started in less than 15 mins, just make 2 connections and fill with water and stand back and admire, we loved this water feature from our first view to getting it in the garden

Horrendous Customer Service

Ordered a water feature on 26th June. Apart from initial order confirmation email I had no further order updates. I rang them on the 5th of July for a update, and was told my order would be here by Weds 10th. No problem with that. Today I have been issued with a refund via pay pal. I have recieved nothing regarding my order from this company. Customer service at its worst. Will never use them again.

Second hand instead of new.

I ordered what I thought was a new replacement pump for my water feature. When it arrived it was clearly second hand. It does work but is not what i was expecting at all.

Nightmare from Start to finish

I Ordered a transformer from this company and six weeks later I still do not have a working pump. First transformer took days to arrive when it did arrive it was quite clearly a used item still if it worked I would have kept it, however it did not work when tested by an electrician I was told there was no voltage coming from the transformer therefore useless. I contacted the company who told me to send it back once they tested it and confirmed it was inop I would be refunded. Again I waited days with no word. I contacted them again to be told we will send out a replacement this did arrive quickly however the saga continued again this transformer did not work and after being plugged in for only 1 minute became red hot !!! I called the company and this time said I would only be happy with a refund as all my faith in this company has been lost. I did get my wish of a refund however the lady in customer services point blank refused to give me back my postage costs !!! And then started telling me I should be subjected to a 10% re stock charge !!! What!! They sent out 2 faulty items and it’s taken 6 weeks ! Terrible terrible service not even an apology for my awful experience all I can say is do yourself a favour and avoid anything to do with these cowboys.

Absolutely no communication

I ordered as replacement pump for a water feature I had bought a couple of years ago. It never arrived. Many, many emails and calls later I have heard nothing. I have contacted the MD on social media and again, no response.Very disappointed. All I ask is a little communication

We brought two solar powered water…

We brought two solar powered water features from this company at a Garden show. This was the end of April. When they arrived and we went to assemble them, one was obviously faulty. We emailed to say how can we get exchange. Their customer service after sales is appalling. The hours of getting through on the phone are 8am until 1pm. So for most people this is unobtainable. They ignore the emails and just do not communicate to the customer at all. The water feature cost £239. I would recommend going to a local garden center or The Range for anyone thinking of getting a water feature. Anywhere but here. We have been ripped off by them. Lesson learnt. We have tried since May to resolve this issue. So have given them ample time and opportunity. This is a very easy remedy. All it required was an exchange. But they obviously are incapable of doing that

Terrible customer service

Ordered a pump to replace a broken one. They sent the wrong product. Reading the reviews below this seems like a common problem. The product sent was not compatible. Unable to contact the company via their website (no reply from the contact form or email). Eventually got through on the phone only to be told that this was 'our mistake' as we should have checked the photos of the connections even though we ordered the exact pump that we already had and they sent a different pump. They state we have to pay the return costs. I am sceptical that we will get a refund. Will not be using them again, and would warn anyone else not to either.

Awful after sales service

I ordered a water pump in April, and yes I had prompt delivery. However, it was the wrong pump, so called them, and after a conversation, they said that they could send me a selection of adaptors to fit on to it for my water feature. The adaptors never came and after numerous calls I decided to have a refund. I was told I would have to pay the postage to send it back, which I wasn’t happy with, but went ahead. This was on June 6 th. So far no refund and no reply when I call them. Have now emailed them. Watch this space….It seems that its great service is ok, unless there is a problem. Bad after sales service!

Avoid if you want customer service

Ordered on 3rd June. Your order has been shipped message on 8th. Courier said 4 days later they didn't have it. Emailed company, no reply. Called company 14/06. "We are a bit behind". Why send out shipped message then "They are sent automatically" ! Why don't you respond to emails? "It is just me". Can I speak to a manager "He is at a show until next Monday.Their on hold message says "We pride ourselves on customer service" Really????

Avoid

Avoid, zero aftersales support; not even the courtesy of a reply. Purchased a pump that was not fit for purpose, so needed to return/replace. Contacted the company via advertised email address, online ticketing system and online contact form. Zero response whatsoever. If you get what you want then I'm sure it will be fine. If you don't though, then good luck attempting to return/seek any post sales support.

Would not even give one star

Would not even give one star. Told us pump being delivered. No joy. Followed up several times. No joy. Eventually received wrong pump. Asked to take a photo of wrong pump which we did. We asked for a refund. No response. Gave up in the end. Awful service.
