Damaged $699 wall art delivered to my house from Z Gallerie

I love Z gallerie however I am truly disappointed at my most recent order n delivery. I just received the Bella Wall art and about half of the strings on this $699 piece of art are completely bent out of shaped and is of no use to put on my wall. It is sad that I have to pay the return fees at post office when the item came damaged. That is poor customer service to have a customer pay for their return of a damaged item. I really like the Bella wall art so I plan on reorder to give Z gallerie one more chance to deliver a non defected item.

Thin cheap Podva bedding comforter

I ordered what I thought was a plush comforter with 2 pillow shams and what I received was a thin cheap sheet of paper. I reached out to the company to return it and I was told they did nothing wrong and I need to pay the return fees and shipping, ridiculous! Why charge a customer that’s not satisfied with the cheap products you’re selling.

My original package was never received…

My original package was never received and I was able to get a replacement after making a claim with no problems. I would definitely recommend

Disappointing quality and customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with Z Gallerie. The products I ordered arrived damaged and were clearly made with very poor quality, which was shocking given the price point. Customer service was equally disappointing. Even after providing photos of the damaged items, I was denied any resolution due to a rigid return policy, with no flexibility or consideration for holiday gift purchases or defective merchandise.

Update to review (below):Z Gallerie responded to me after I posted the review below and was extremely helpful in arranging a return of the navy blue pillows. Here are my comments to them:It took a while to get Z Gallerie’s attention, but once you realized I had a problem, support was amazing. I have never experienced such thorough and thoughtful communication from any customer service organization. Thank you.I have amended my rating of them accordingly.Previous review:Ordered black and rust pillow covers, received black and navy blue pillow covers. Contacted Z Gallery three times.No response at all. Do not trust this company.

BUYER BEWEAR!!!!!Z-Gallerie is selling TOV furniture as their own. They laughed in my face and told me they will not match the price for the same chair after I sent and showed proof that is the same chair, and they are selling it under another name at a higher price. I am reaching out to formally request a price match for a recent purchase I made at your store. I found an identical item being offered at a lower price by another retailer. Z-Gallerie is advertising the same chair under a different name, but at a significantly higher price and free shipping. I believe a price match is warranted in this case. Kat perfume bottle…

I bought a few perfume bottles from Zgallerie, Black Friday sale, and when I received them, every single one of them were broken 😞. I then called the customer service line and got an amazing representative by the name of Quenne M. and when I tell you she took the time out and apologized to me, she sympathized with me, and then rectified the situation, in no time flat, her customer service skills were impeccable. I never ever received any customer service like that. And the way she treated me I forgot I was upset with Zgallerie. I really appreciate Ms. Quenne M. she reassured me that there are still some people who really do care. Thank you again Ms Quenne M.

I love being a Z Gallerie customer

I love being a Z Gallerie customer. I've always received quality items, and they are reasonably priced. This was the first time I had to deal with customer service for an item, and it was great. They responded promptly and offered a replacement. I didn't have to wait long for the new item.

Beautiful

Z gallery products are fabulous. The service is professional and prompt. My black velvet nutcracker pillows are gorgeous.The black deer are beautiful.. I ordered a set. One of them was broken. I sent a picture and they responded professionally, and quickly with a refund. I hope they carry the same one next year. I will buy it again , along with a stunning nutcracker that I did not purchase quickly enough, and it sold out. Great company . Exceptional products and service.

Great customer service

The item that arrived broken due to the fact it was very fragile but was quickly replaced and resent to us with the option of having a refund instead. However when the second one arrived it was in perfect condition. The service representative Eren C. did an excellent job following up with us constantly. She wanted to make sure that we were satisfied and everything was in great condition.

Big Improvements in Customer Service

I purchased the Roberto Headboard from the store in Baton Rouge, LA, but it didn't have the side rails. I tried to contact customer service, but they were nonexistent. I later found out that Z Gallerie went into bankruptcy. Months later, I found out another company purchased Z Gallerie, and I reached out to their customer service department. Eren C. was extremely helpful, she followed up many times and ordered the side rails for me. I am so excited to finally get the complete bed together. The new company that took over Z Gallerie has a top-notch customer service department.

I had an issue with shipping (not by the fault of ZGallerie) and Queen in the customer service department was truly impressive. Not only was a replacement promptly sent, Queen followed up after shipping to be sure I had received the new item in good condition. This is one of the highest levels of customer service I have seen and I am very happy with Queens service, response, professionalism and ownership. Thank you very much!

The online purchase product was…

The online purchase product was severely damaged when received.The customer service department refused to respond and when they finally did, they refused to replace or refund the purchase.This was an expensive purchase and even though I do like the product offerings of the gallery, I would never do business with them again and even 1/10 the price that they are charging.The customer service is nonexistence. They’re not a trustworthy company and not honest. There’s a reason why their storage disappeared, and they will disappear online also because of extremely poor ethics and business practices.

Miserable experience

I agree with most of these reviews. I ordered a relatively simple product for which I was charged a lot of money and never heard when it was shipping until I called customer service more than 10 days after purchase. Then it took 3 weeks to ship for whatever reason and then the local dispatcher didn’t deliver within the window I repeatedly had to confirm. So I canceled half a day to sit at home and get nothing. Then I was offered $40 for the inconvenience of the whole thing. NOT RNOUGH! I DO NOT recommend this company.
