Cori my Therapist is amazing...but I cant say much for the person who put me in the hole!
Now my Therispist Cori is amazing but you only get 3 stars because I had to cancel one day before my appointment due to health issues I'm dealing with and they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for having to cancel one day prior. Now mind you. I've NEVER missed any sessions with Cori. I'm always on time even when my health issue are giving me really bad days...I show up. Days I feel like I'm going to fall over due to health issues I'm dealing with....I show up. So now my bank account is overdrawn because of this crap and I'm low income on disability and this is a real hardship to me. This has upset me to the point that I'm ready to tell them to take their stuff back and call it a wrap. 1 appointment...called the day prior. Have NEVER missed an appointment or been late. Cori I give you 100 stars. Your excellent at what you do and your a very kind person. So if you call a day prior watch out...their going to take your money. Like I knew this medical issue was going to happen to me ..I can't believe this crap. I have CHF along with other issues and I'm not a mind reader to know when one of my medical issues is going to knock me down.Very disappointed and now in the hole in my back account. The therapist that I have is fantastic! The customer service is subpar. I have had numerous times when they have failed to provide timely solutions to my therapeutic needs. Delays in response, as well as delays in shipping and confusion over billing issues, have made my experience with them hell on earth. The goal is to relieve my anger and frustration, and instead, I have been growing more and more angry and frustrated with the customer service team. As I said, my therapist has been extremely helpful and does an excellent job. I just wish that they would hire more people or do something to eliminate the delays in both response and in shipping needed equipment.

My physical therapist is great. She adds exercises to my routine that she feels will help me keep improving. The virtual reality adds guided meditaiton and movement exercises that are very useful. The customer service has been marvelous. When I have a question, someone calls back promptly and always assists with the technical aspects of the work

I’ve enjoyed my therapy, it has been the most productive and interesting therapy i’ve ever received.
