SCAM! They send a fake email saying they have sent your order and tracking is available! No tracking number is provided. No point in sending emails as they do not respond

STEER CLEAR
If i could give a 0 I would, the order was processed to my old address, seller was non contactable, the phone number on the website does not work. I raised a complaint in PayPal and when the seller was notified I had nothing but verbal abuse back from them. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They take the order, take your money, don't send out the product and then say it's not their issue and no refund or product, they have just taken my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Also, customer service non-existent. I just wanted the products I ordered and paid for or the refund for them due to non delivery. Is that not fair as a customer? it's just a basic transaction that this company can't grasp, so, they have decided to keep my money. Do not use this company, awful experience with terrible customer service. There are plenty of companies to use, do not use this one.

I have used this company since the start of lock down. I receive email updates throughout the processing of my order (check ur junk email). And receive my order (free postage) within a view days (to Northern Ireland). The product itself T18 is brilliant and removes the brassy tones on my heavily bleached hair.

Despite all the one star reviews they’ve always pulled through with my orders, I live in London so the next day shipping is always on time but never had a problem! 5/5 & great secure packaging... not like the loose Amazon garbage packing

Steer clear! They are 100% a scam company. I cancelled my order after seeing the reviews but they've kept my money and just ignore you when you message using their messaging service on their site. Please don't order from this place unless you wanna give away your money!

I would give it zero stars if I could. They charged me an £40 for shipping outside the UK. They only have the total for the shipping after placing the order. It’s only being shipped to Ireland. So I don’t see how shipping can cost nearly €50. I emailed them to ask why this was the case, the ignored my email. I subsequently email them again politely asking about my order, again, ignored, they have taken over €70 out of my account and haven’t sent any of my order.Please beware shoppers and don’t order from this site. If I could give 0 stars I would! I placed my order and received a email later that same day to say that it had been shipped.. great right? well 1 week later I still had not received my order, for tracked 1st class it should not take that long. I got in contact with xs beauty to see if they could track it down and was told to wait a couple more days for delivery... another week passes and still no order has been delivered. I tried to contact them again but this time no reply. so im now £17.99 lighter with nothing to show for it. Do not buy from this site you wont receive your order! Im now following up with my bank to try get my money back!

I've wrote a review on xs beauty before but feel I need to update as I use them so often. They have ALWAYS delivered. Very quickly exactly what i ordered. The only bad thing about the site it they dont sell a larger variety of products. Cannot fault them for service absolutely brilliant. My regular go to for toners

Very happy. This is one of the few websites in the UK that has the famous Wella Color Charm Toners in all shades. Placed the order and since I was in a rush and live in the same city I was actually able to pick up the toners in person and on the same day. Great service, will definitely buy again.

I can not express enough how angry I am at this company I tried placing a order for hair toner and instead they took my money didn't put my order through I brought my complaint to there chat service on there site and I got a arrogant P.O.S who told me that I didn't place and order so they can't give back my money but what made it worse is that when I told them I contacted my bank about the transaction they blocked me from there website so quick I couldn't do anything so am going to leave this review hoping that the company will see this and let them know I've contacted the fraud team at my bank and there going to deal with it so hopefully no one else gets scammed by them
