At 51 years old, I honestly didn’t think I could turn back the clock the way I have — but this program has helped me in every way possible. Prescription/Order ERROR - Resolved
As of 2/9/2026 I am updating my review to report that Zappy Health replaced a mislabeled tirzepatide vial with the correct one and I do believe the error was on the part of the pharmacy, not done intentionally by Zappy staff. I am now satisfied that the issue has been resolved and I received the product that I ordered and paid for. Thank you Zappy customer service for working with me to correct the problem. ***Original Review *** Zappy was recommended to me by a friend so I completed the "onboarding" questionnaire and was accepted for the 3 month starter pack. I paid the upfront price of $987.00 and they immediately charged my account. Then they delayed shipment of the product because they said they needed to verify my identity. Hmmm, why not verify BEFORE ordering a prescription and taking payment? Anyway, I did verify my identity and waited another week for the medication shipment finally arrived. But the prescription medication in the box was wrong. The starter pack was supposed to contain month 1 vial Tirzepatide-B6 2.5 mg, month 2 vial Tirzepatide-B6 5 mg, and month 3 vial Tirzepatide-B6 7.5 mg --- I received a month 1 vial and TWO month 2 vials (both 5 mg) but NO month 3 vial. I contacted customer service and asked that they correct their error. They responded back that it wasn't a mistake. I emailed them again and they still refuse to correct the error. I sent them a copy of my receipt to show what I paid for and photos of the vials to show what I actually received. They tried to give me the run around saying I received what I paid for. NOT TRUE. Now I do not trust that the vials contain the product as labeled.

Zappy is legit!!
I started with another "Z" company and got more excuses than I cared for... so I tried Zappy. I do my online survey every month to let them know about my weightloss and I've received my injections every month. Flat rate no hidden fees, and the cost doesn't increase. This company is great and helps you every step of the way. Wanna good company to get weightloss prescriptions, go with Zappy.

Poor Service and Slow Shipping
I ordered my supply on the 5th of September. It’s now the 12th and they still have not shipped it. I noticed the dosage was wrong as well and tried to get it fixed before it shipped but they went out of their way to ignore my request. The shipping information they sent me said the label was printed but FEDEX doesn’t have possession of the package because they still have not actually shipped it. Very rude customer service and extremely dismissive.

Haven't used this company for 2 months…
Haven't used this company for 2 months & today they automatically charged my credit card. They DO NOT have a phone, all contact is done via email. I was not able to go into my account and cancel my card 2 months ago & since I wasn't charged then, I felt I was safe. Obviously not safe! Who knows how long before I get my money back, & yes, I have contacted my bank & they will recover it. Also found MUCH cheaper provider for Tirzipetide!

Zappy Health used to be a quality company. Now they lie, and don't answer your questions, nor send out your order in a timely manner IF AT ALL!!! They use stalling tactics because they are insufficient, and have no communication with fellow employees, and they are frauds!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!

I have always struggled with my weight…
I have always struggled with my weight since grade school. I have never used something that worked so well without crazy side effects like jittery feelings or putting me in the ER due to chest pains and a BP so high I could have passed away. I think this is the safest drug ever. I was a little frustrated in the beginning, but I did have a friend who had used this and helped walk me through it. I didn’t feel the appetite suppression like she did right away and started wondering if I ever would after weeks of not feeling it, but finally it kicked in. My brain turned off all crazy cravings, I stopped eating a lot of foods that was contributing to my weight gain that I didn’t even realize was a contributor. Then the weight just started coming off. I like that it’s gone a little slower for me because I have so much weight to lose and didn’t want to do it so fast that I had loose skin. I am so grateful to this program. It’s the best one from the research I did. I didn’t think it was fair to pay a “membership fee” like other companies make you pay for on top of the already high price tag. I’m grateful for the reduced cost, but it still is expensive for someone like me. But I’m happy to pay for it knowing how well it works. The customer service is incredibly helpful and responsive. I have always received a lovely response from their team whenever I reach out. Thank Zappy for being here and taking care of people who really need it and want to feel and look better. I’m down 40lbs and wearing clothes I haven’t been able to fit in years. I’m learning that I was over eating, eating too late, and the wrong foods. I now enjoy foods with little to no salt, high protein, fruits and vegetables. Thank you Zappy!
