Dealt with an agent called Alex who was very helpful in making sure I got the bike I wanted. They even sent me photos of a display model from every angle I needed. Can't wait for the bike itself to show up. 😁

They have a title department that is not very good. Trying to get paperwork to register the vehicle for almost 3 weeks now and it has not worked out. The financing company called on my behalf and was told that they could answer my questions better than 360powersports could, because they are not sure what is needed. I would highly recommend that people try other companies to buy from.
Bought my son a Trailmaster TM23 from 360 Powersports. They matched price from another vendor which was awesome. Bought on Friday and it shipped in Monday. Great communication. Sons gonna have a blast!!
Just made my first purchase! Haven’t received item yet but the pricing was excellent and customer service was friendly. Hopefully all goes well with the shipping and no damage occurs and nothing is missing, but so far very nice company. Will update more once deliveries made.

I've ordered two mopeds built by there professionals and they both came in perfect working order 👌 looks and mechanically I was very pleased ive gotten lots of compliments and look to buy from them alot more in the future the first moped I put almost a 1300 miles before selling to get a better one but I never had any issues with the bikes so far

Easy to use great product will buy again
Sent me a broken bike the clutch was bent. The gas tank had dents and scratches all over it. The back blinkers were both detached and hanging the bottom faring kit was cracked in half he sent me no certificate of orientation to get a title although he said he sent it on May 15, but I never received it. No reason to lie about that. It’s been four months people have been telling me that the owner will be calling me back and he never does. He’s not even willing to communicate with the bank, so I have a bike in my garage. I can’t register. I can’t talk to the owner to send it back. He said he never spoke to me. This is the worst company I have ever went through in my entire life and it has been so stressful I’m just gonna file a civil suit and make him do what he needs to do. What kind of business owner is that customer service he’s never available. He’s never there if you asked to talk to him they will tell you oh he will call you back. Screen saver
