This company is absolutely horrible if…
This company is absolutely horrible if you need Customer Service. I am trying to order a product and have a simple question on how to change the birthdate to reflect a dog‘s birthdate versus a person‘s birthdate. On the product it says 19 and you can’t change that with a dog that doesn’t live as long as people the dog‘s birthday is 2016 but the website you cannot change it to reflect that I reached out to them multiple times and no response. Absolutely. horrible and they do not have a phone number to reach them out. It’s just an email and I have sent more than five emails to them and only said to send them pictures which I did from the first email and still nothing. I’m going to another company who has better customer service.

Seems to be a scam but persistence paid off
I ordered a canvas print several years ago and had a great, “normal” online purchase experience. I wanted another for Father’s Day so I placed my order May 27 and was told it would arrive before Father’s Day. It didn’t. Very long story short, I kept emailing them (there’s no phone number on their website) and kept getting the same form letter responses. When I requested cancellation/refund they stopped answering me altogether. I kept emailing every few weeks and if I didn’t mention cancellation/refund they’d respond with another form letter. I just kept bugging them. Twice they had me redo my personalization, the second time I called them out for “losing” my info yet again. I finally received the canvas this week, nearly 4 months later. I was surprised to actually get it after so long but I’m glad I was persistent. Obviously won’t ever order from them again.

Order says shipper canceled and already charged me for it
Have order from them in the past but placed a new order on May 21st and still have not received it. I have emailed multiple times and just get told looking into it. Tracking link says shipper canceled my order. I have been charged for this and can not get an answer on where my order is.

Not delivered and being ignored
Placed an order on 2nd May, was told I would receive it on or before 9th May. It hasn't arrived, the tracking number is not working, their website is saying "printing". I have had to threaten them to get a generic response stating they're sorry and would find out what's happening for me. Now just silence again. I'm very annoyed as this was a wedding anniversary gift for my wife, which was yesterday, 12th May.

I fell for the scam, I hope you don't
I never write reviews but I do look at reviews before I order to verify the legitimacy of a site. This one seemed pretty legit. I kind of thought the price was low so it could be too good to be true. Well...it was and I wanted you all to know. I placed my order on March 4. The order confirmation said ETA was March 14. I still haven't received my print. Its April 3 and I'm getting the same canned response when I reach out to them. What a bummer.

365Canvas is the real deal; great quality, reasonably priced, and fast production / shipping. I purchased the lyrics to "our song" as a Valentine present for my wife, and she absolutely loved it. I am impressed with the quality of the print, canvas and framing. Well done 365

Excellent Gift Idea
The website was very easy to use! From picking out a design, to finding the right song, and then personalizing our work, it took me less than 10 minutes. I paid extra for shipping because I wanted to make sure I got it before V-Day. The final product was amazing! My husband loved it.

Came exactly as pictured
Came exactly as pictured! I had made an error on my original one. I had reached out to customer service late in the evening and got an immediate response. Before I received the response I saw where I had a small time frame to cancel my order in case I had made a mistake. I was able to cancel and make a new order. Also only took a day or two to get my refund for my mishap. Highly recommend. Also received it so fast just in time for valentines day which snuck up on me quickly lol.

I love these song lyrics canvases - they are so romantic and the perfect wedding gift for a special couple (second marriage) who are at a stage in their life when they have everything and this will be more personalized for them! Beautifully framed picture - I know they will love it!

Very poor customer service!!
We ordered a canvas on December 21, 2024, and about a week later we received somebody else’s order. We have reached out to the customer service department multiple times and they have not resolved our issue. We have asked them to complete our order and send us the picture of our grandchildren, but they have not sent us the 16 x 48 enlargement. We will need to request a refund through PayPal and then order the canvas enlargement through another company. This has been a very, very disappointing and negative experience. I would not recommend them for your enlargements.

Beautiful memory for any experience
Great selection! I can’t rust to purchase from again. I wanted something to capture our first dance as husband and wife, something original and definitely wasn’t disappointed. Facebook ad’s are always a worry
Facebook ad’s are always a worry. Is my order going to arrive or not? I made an order from 365 canvas based on the comments on the ad’. No need to worry. I ordered just before Christmas, great communication and received a tracking number within a couple of days. Despite the Christmas rush I received my order really quickly. Great quality, I will be ordering again soon. 5 x ⭐️
