Where to start.... Shortly after installation, the flooring began peeling and lifting in multiple areas. This is extremely concerning, as new flooring should not show signs of failure so quickly. The quality of workmanship does not meet reasonable professional standards, and the materials used appear to be subpar.In addition to the poor installation quality, I have been disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from your customer service team. My attempts to resolve this matter have been met with delays, limited communication, and no clear plan to correct the issues. As a customer, I expected accountability and timely support, especially for work that is clearly defective.They are quick to reply when selling you flooring. Now that there are issues, they ghost you.Consider other options than this company.

made appointment for someone to come out for carpeting, when the representative did not show up we call 651 carpets, they took a message, rep called back within 30 minutes and explained there was a scheduling conflict so we rescheduled for another day, well that day came and no representative and no call. Very poor customer service think twice or it could cost you thousands.

From our first experience in 2023 of oct after they said a 2 day job the installers whipped through out 2,400 sq foit home in one day..the flooring in tje basement started buckling and they argued with me and said it was my computer chair and computer desk that made the damage and that they would replace it at cost to me. I fought them tooth and nail, and as I sent back a piece of vinyl to shaw.Flooring was deemed to be damaged.Afterwards, saying that they would do the whole. House again, they ended up telling me that they're only doing basement, because that's all shaw ordered. They were caught in a lie because I called shaw flooring they told me that empire is the one that ordered all of the floor. Their tune changed very fast, and I got my whole four redone. Still not happy with the company. Don't like them. Don't recommend them sorry, but not sorry

Next day carpet..
Next day carpet... not if you want good carpet. The only carpet they have available is the crap that looks like turff. We waited over 3 weeks and it was not installed right. I would NEVER go through them again. Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT'S THE WORST

we had 651Carpets remove our lower level carpet that had been laid when we built our house in 1994. The installers removed the old carpet and installed the new vinyl planks. They were very professional. They were very precise.We had 725 sq ft of carpet removed and replaced by vinyl planks, The two installers(Jafar & Anderson) worked well as a team and very professionally. From start to finish they were in and out in just 6 hrs. including cleaning up and moving furniture back in place. My husband and I love our new flooring and would recommend 651 Carpets to everyone.. We were very impressed with their work and end result our flooring is beautiful. .

I wish zero stars was an option.....We had our carpet installed in July of 2019. Everything was okay until about a year later, the carpet in a high traffic area was coming apart and lifting up from the transition area from hardwood to carpet. They came out to fix it in September of 2020 and blamed the problem on water damage, this area doesn’t get wet so how they came up with water damage is beyond me. Two months later the same problem happened, and again I contacted 651 carpets and reported the problem. They said they couldn’t do anything because of the supposed water damage and that we would have to pay to fix it. After multiple emails and asking for someone to come out and explain to me the water damage, they sent someone out. The repair guy told me they installed it wrong and fixed it wrong (they had two chances) they needed to put down more tack strips as this was a high traffic area. They said the carpet could be replaced but I’d have to pay more than a thousand dollars in labor. I cannot recommend this company and wouldn’t have anything installed by them. They use cheap labor and don’t stand by their quality installation guarantee. Very disappointed we had them install our carpet.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Put in granite countertop and it chipped and they refused to repair, not like they advertise. Will not back their product or service. Go with a reputable company.
