I have been with the company for a very long time, due to the kindness of the personal. Today I needed to renew my policy, although I've been away for a while and had a lapse in my coverage. It was absolutely no problem at all to reinstate my policy, and Manuel even remembered me, and was very empathetic towards my situation.
