Terrible Lawn Service
I have had ABC Home and Commercial do my lawn care and maintenance for several years and I finally canceled service this week after continuing problems with the lawn maintenance crew. After posting a similar review on Google, the company responded to the post that I had been contacted by a lawn maintenance manager who was resolving the problem. This was a lie, no one from the company has contacted me except to confirm cancellation of service at my request. I even had directly texted the lawn maintenance manager after the crew left and have had no response.Usually I don't have them come into the backyard because of my dogs so they only have a small front and side yard to mow and edge but get paid for a full yard. Monday March 10th I let them into the backyard yard so I could get it cleaned up for spring. They blew leaves and debris all over the yard, into birdbaths and potted plants and covered decorative mulch and walking pavers. I spent a lot of time cleaning up the mess they made. This is one of many issues I've had like a crew member who used my back fence as a bathroom and even after I said he was not allowed on my property again, was in my yard the following week mowing. Last fall the crew mowed down all the flowers in what was obviously a flowerbed. I've had things broken. The list is long of all the issues. On top of that, they were supposed to weed beds and trim bushes as part of what I paid. It never was done. The couple of times I asked them to trim bushes they charged me extra. I absolutely would not recommend this company.
