I've have mostly had just an overall bad experience with Access Wireless. The first SIM card I received wasn't compatible with the Cricket Wireless phone that I have, which I didn't know was a thing until it arrived in the mail. Then I had to recreate my account because of how long it had been to not using the SIM card. I then had to order a phone specifically from Access Wireless for $25, along with a whole new SIM card. And upon powering up the phone with said SIM card, I've had nothing but issues with it since. Every app you open on the phone randomly closes or freezes entirely, I've had phone calls drop out of nowhere and it runs incredibly slow, whether I'm using WiFi or the phone's internet service. I do appreciate having a phone that I don't have to pay monthly for, however it's just felt like a chore using it. Overall, not an enjoyable experience. Maybe invest in phones with better operating systems in the future.
Well for starters The service is not good I don’t get enough gigs and my phone service goes out frequently only thing I can do is text and that’s limited with out service I would not recommend
This has to be the absolute worse cell service provider. I can't find a single thing good to say about them. The phone is terrible as well. It takes forever to load a page, when I say forever I'm talking worse than dial up. I get kicked out of every game I play. I can't answer the phone if I'm on my phone. This is because the phone screen disappears after it rings. It costs 15 bucks for 3 g of data. When your 6 g are up it's over. Every other cell service at least gives you data just not high speed. Not this company. It's over, you can't get on the internet without giving them 15 more dollars. I'm looking to change but as we all know there's a fee to change, first month plus the cost of the phone. Times are tough and they make it tougher. I would not recommend. Terrible service and 1999 mentality as far as price for data.

Dropped calls with a no cellular network available pop up and phone stops working several minutes. No cellular network available. At the same time text says please insert a SIM card. Phone screen freezes all the time on all apps including when trying to make a call. Slow slow slow with only 65% of storage used. So many lock ups and freezes it feels like you are on dial-up. Imagine if you had an emergency and the screen locks and you have to turn the phone off and on before calling for help! You have to hold the power button for a realllly long time to get it to shut off when it freezes up. Then the same to turn it back on. So long you think it is finally the end, but no.You will be put through the hoops to try to fix. They only charge $29 for the handset but will make you call them or be available to be called back numerous times. They will make you keep using the broken phone and for me I had to call and keep other busy peoples phone tied up so that I could waste me time waiting for the call to be dropped to prove that something is still wrong. No wonder I got this phone in April and waited until it dropped an interview call, a call with a prospective school for my child and finally a call with the education department before I called them for help. What a nightmare. I am leaving out my more personal calls like to my doctors and the reasons I have health emergencies I am disabled. The made me do a system restore which is really all there is to fix a phone. Everything after that is just to wear you down. After that they had me do a system update which of course was ridiculous since I had tried that many times over the course of the year and the phone does it periodically on its own. I called after the system update and the women made up a whole wait two more hours after system update then place a call story to get rid of me. You have to call from a different phone, which is I did with my echo dot which does outgoing calls only. Then they said I needed to be available for a call back. I waited on the phone and after ten minutes someone got on the line and said hello hello loudly and then immediately hung up! Then I tired the phone again and had to be on the call 28 minutes until it does not work again and then called them back. Now they want me to system restore my phone and have to re-set up all of my apps and lose all of my photos and downloaded files. All to save themselves $29. And I am entitled to a new handset in April anyway. And they are welcome to have this one back!Their response says something about them sending a replacement which is not the case. I have to reset the phone and I cannot do that right now the season makes me very ill.
Very helpful and super fast with fixing the issue I was having with my esim. Most of the time when you have an issue if takes support forever to help fix the issue but not with access wireless! They are on it. Thank you

This company is absolutely the worst company I ever have had service through and I mean the worst I have my service with them through the lifeline program and they give 4.5 GB of data 1,000 minutes of talk and unlimited text however I've had them for almost a year and the last 3 months I've used according to them all of my data within a matter of days or even hours and there is no possible way. Last month when my service recycled cycles on the 18th my phone was turned off and charging and by the time I woke up turn my phone on and it came up I was out of data already how can I possibly be out of data when my phone is turned off and I'm asleep and not even using my phone and no one has access to my phone there's no possible way and the last 3 months this has been happening and what is their answer well you can pay $15 to get almost as much data as I already had so they're fraudulent yes I do believe they are scamming not only consumers but the lifeline program they need to be investigated for it because they're thieves. They're trying to force people to pay for something that obviously they can't afford because that's why they'd be on lifeline in the first place because they can't afford to pay a regular phone bill they are frauds they cut me off as far as my minutes were not too long ago last month I just got recent recycled for myservice plan and now I'm once again at almost 4..5GB of data it got put on there on the 18th it's barely the 20th now and they're already saying I'm out of data it takes hours upon hours to use that much data if you're streaming movies and stuff all I've done was go online a couple of times and check mail messages I haven't gone and done any kind of streaming but yet I'm out of data again so that they could try to get $15 out of me again they're liars and their thieves do not use them if you want your service to be good. And God forbid you try and switch companies because you have to go through the whole process of qualifying for thr program again . I didn't ask for or want then to be my provider in the first place I wanted SafeLink wireless because they seem to be the most beneficial and reliable yet I got put with these yahoos and now have nothing but trouble and don't expect any sort of professional customer support from them. They are literally about as professional as as wart on a toad frogs a**!
Dealing with Access Wireless was like stepping into a black hole of rudeness and incompetence. Their customer service isn’t just unhelpful — it’s actively hostile. The representative I spoke to had a nasty, dismissive attitude and practically refused to provide me with my own account number even after I asked repeatedly. That level of unprofessionalism is astonishing.I’ve never been happier to port my number far, far away from a company. It’s a relief to be done with Access Wireless.And to be clear — don’t think Tello is any better either. If you value your sanity, avoid both.
Access wireless is a potentially fradulent carrier. DO NOT USE ACCESS WIRELESS. They have used my debit card for two years, then all of a sudden cannot use it. They further initially refused to accept responsibility and give me my acct # and transfer pin per number portability law. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS CARRIER.
