Make sure you don’t speak with Erika
So I spoke with Erica 2 months ago to fill out a renewal for my application for food stamps as I am extremely handicapped. Last year a social worker filled it out for me. Erica failed to give me a list of documents that I needed to send and where to send them. So I was unaware I needed to send anything. When I called yesterday to find out after an hour on the phone with a man that couldn’t answer any of my questions they finally got Erica on. She tells me she told me about documents but unlucky for her I save all text messages. No list or email was ever provided. Thanks to her I have lost my food stamps and on verge of losing medical coverage. After I get this straightened out I am going to call for her dismissal as she cannot do a competent job I actually gave her a glowing review last year but I now realize I should wait a year before doing so again 😭🤬Edit on July 18,2025. Thanks to Erica messing up my application as of 5 days ago I have lost my medicaid and my food stamps. I will be homeless soon. I never want to hear from this company again

I wish I knew about them before
I wish I knew about them before, because I could have applied earlier for benefits. It's impossible to go to the Welfare office when you're hospitalized and sick. What an amazing service for someone to come to your home, explain the different benefits and help you apply! Everyone was caring and professional. Alfredo even followed up to see if I received any benefits.

If at first U DONT succeed...
I applied for LiHeap in Jan 24 & for some reason application didn't go thru. Alfredo helped me reapply & it FINALLY was accepted, just BEFORE window closed. Can't thank him enuf for his consistent concern & perseverance with & for me.Martin P, Clifton NJ
