Customer service is outstanding. Had a question about a Royce leather watch box that wasn't covered in the description. Called them and they answered quickly. Highly satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely buy from them again.
I was looking to match up a carry-on bag with my 1 year old Firelite for my international trip and this carry-on rolls like nothing !! Amazingly light and so far not questionable by any airline Internationally as well as Nationally. I am very happy, thanks to Samsonite. Would recommend this product.
I recently made a purchase form aero luggage. Every time I buy a product I always do research and compare prices everywhere and they definitely had very reasonable prices. I wanted to buy a carry on and a check in and ended up buying the whole luggage set because the price was very reasonable. I compared each bag alone and the luggage set and I was saving a significant amount. It was money well spent. I did receive the bag a little late but received a digital scale as a free gift which made up for the late delivery
