Great service to shipping timing. Prompt. To my own demise lol, ordered 2x of each “free” bonus) item provided. Did not receive. I shamefully take the boos n neighs. and sour potatoes. However! They did toss in strip of each off brand in as a thx. Free ones appear weak. Brand ones appear “there”.

Currently before I begin, my order number is: #117806A (I got this number with the 2nd txt which was a payment confirmed text )Or it could be: #433612 (I got this one in my first text saying it was waiting for the BTC to send)I’ve received no confirmation email 8 days after placing the order, and support claims to have shipped my item when their website very clearly says it’s still processing. For 8 days it’s “processing” my account payment page still says your order has been confirmed you’ll receive a confirmation email within 72hrs and I still have nothing. Plus as a bonus support is a literal AI chatbot it seems.I ordered from these guys after reading good reviews but their complete lack of customer service is appalling, I’ll come back to update my review if I ever receive the package. But initially all went well I placed an order through btc and got a text saying my order was processing. About 45mins later my btc was confirmed to be received. That was on Feb 2nd around 11pm to midnight on Feb 3. Since then I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times. The first email I got after about 2 days after the first time I reached out asking about my tracking number guarantee in 72hrs (says on the payment page) and they said hey no worries your payment was received and your order was shipped out, i didn’t realize it at the time but my order # wasn’t listed and it was a super generic emailHey, Thank you for placing your order. We have received your payment and your package has been shipped. You will receive your tracking number shortly.I remain at your disposal for any questions you might have.Kind Regards,Support TeamI sent back an email thanking them for their reply and asking where could I expect to get the tracking number from and for them to send it to me when they could. After 3 days with no response it made me suspicious, so I emailed again, and I started looking around the site and I found a place you could check on your order status based on your order number, turns out my order wasn’t even shipped it was still processing. I checked for the first time on Feb 8th and that’s 6 days after I placed the order and 3 days after I received the email telling me my order has been shipped. I reached out to support again this time I made sure to include my order number, and information as well as screenshots from their own site saying my order wasn’t even shipped yet. Ordered samples first as a test, then made a larger order once I was happy with the quality. Very happy with the products (Modafinil + Afinil) . Also, customer service is quite good... Better than you'd expect. I had a shipping issue (technical error), and I had a quick response from the team and I'm confident future orders will be problem free. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Afinil.My original order was seized, and while I understand this can happen, the issue is how poorly the situation has been handled afterward. My last correspondence with Afinil support was on 09/01/26, where they apologised for the inconvenience and confirmed my order would be reshipped, with a tracking number to be provided within 72 hours.I waited patiently well beyond that timeframe. I followed up two days ago to request the promised tracking number and have received no response at all, despite their earlier assurances.This has been incredibly stressful, especially given that the order total exceeded $1,000. At this point, the lack of communication and delays make it feel as though Afinil does not intend to honour the policies clearly stated on their website, including:100% satisfaction guaranteed30-day money-back guaranteeFree reshipment in a new discreet parcel if a package does not arriveI have been more than patient and reasonable throughout this process, but the ongoing silence and failure to follow through are unacceptable. I cannot recommend Afinil based on this experience.

Ridiculous prices for EU shipping. Pure greed. They say they ship from EU to EU but that is not true. They charge 38€ for shipping (I have company that ships to eu, 38€ shipping costs are for packages over 15-20kg and to far away places) and extra 50% of your order for “handling fee”. Was told it is to cover UK warehouse, but why are we importing to UK then to EU????? Why are we from EU covering UK import and fees and warehouse???? Disgusting behaviour.
