Repeat Issues
This time and the last time I've placed my orders, I have had to reach out afterwards as I don't receive my full order. The team seems confused on the bundle that is an option on your website. When I called the last time, was advised to fix the problem I should call in after placing the order each time. Seems silly that the team isn't fully aware of it's offerings and can't just fulfill an order.

Less than stellar communication
Not much follow-up as far as the shipment being sent. No word until it arrived. I began to think my order was lost. I didn't like the arbitrary additional authorization on top of what was supposed to cover shipping and tax. The price kept going up. The customer service email address was wrong in one part of the website. Unsettling overall.
