I love Aizome sheets and duvet covers
I love Aizome sheets and duvet covers, they are cozy and the perfect weight, and don't wrinkle excessively. I've bought them for my daughter, myself, my other daughter, my brother, and my mother.

Very good customer support and great products
This is my second purchase from Aizome and I am very appreciative of their products. This time there was a problem, as I was sent a different colour of the duvet cover. Very dissapointing, as the chosen colour was by now out of stock. After a few exchanged emails, the problem was dealt with in a satisfactory manner. Highly appreciated!

AIZOME BEDDING. I really love their products.
I love the sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, and everything else I've bought from Aizome. The most obvious difference for me is that these sheets (and duvet covers, etc.) stay clean much longer, so I don't need to change them as often. There's absolutely no chemical smell, and the more I wash them, the softer they become. And finally... the peace of mind knowing that they were dyed with plants! without any toxic chemicals, I mean...how many brands could say this!? For me, having chemical allergies it's very important and I'm so happy I found this brand. No one has paid me a single dollar to write this review. Aizome and Trustpilot asked me to write it, and I wanted to share my experience. Thank you.

Love the bedding and t-shirts..
I absolutely love the bedding as well as the t-shirts I bought. The fabric feels soft and I appreciate that it is organic and either undyed or dyed with plants naturally. A big contribution to a luxurious worry free sleep for my family.

Beautiful, very SOFT sheets. These sheets are the best I have ever bought. Generous sizing so these will fit a deep mattress. Very happy the dyes are all non toxic, plant dyes.

Aizome has truly hit the mark!
While the organic dyes and so forth are a huge plus, we just LOVE the FEEL of these sheets. After having lived in Japan for a few years many moons ago, we’d never found sheets elsewhere which left us quite as rested come morning. But Aizome has hit the mark! We have slowly acquired several sets of different colors. I don’t think we have any sheets from other makers still in our house…these sheets really are THAT good. As for laundering…we just wash the sheets on cold and dry them on low heat (no ironing) and they come out just fine. Finally, if there IS an issue with your purchase…ANY issue…the folks behind the product are INCREDIBLY helpful. That is so very refreshing and reassuring. Oh…and their knitted blanket is just the best also!So…A+++, two thumbs way, way up, and all that stuff. These products are terrific!

Exceptional Organic Sheets. Outstanding customer service!
To say I did my homework and due diligence would be an understatement. I did a massive amount of research before purchasing the 100% organic cotton sheets. They are of exceptional quality compared to others like them on the market. And, a world where good customer service seems to be a lost art, the customer service is outstanding! They also have the most generous return policy on the planet! That is how much they believe in and stand behind the quality of their products.

Exactly what I needed. "Model" fabrics/textiles!
I have had an amazing experience with Aizome since finding the website a little while ago. A quick background - I was living a mostly “normal” life until I was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in 2020. I subsequently had 2 stem cell transplants, then developed severe lung disease as a result of these transplants, and over time after I became oxygen-dependent and other treatments failed, my only option to survive was to have a bilateral lung transplant. A bilateral lung transplant is a notoriously difficult surgery with a very long recovery period, and I had to relocate 6 hours away from home for it. I had been through so much already, my body was weak, but I decided to fight on. Leading up to the lung transplant I decided to try to offload as many toxicities as possible, including paying attention to what I put in and on my body, such as types of fabrics, dyes, other chemicals, and foods. Luckily, I found Aizome before my lung transplant and immediately ordered bedsheets and shirts. I even brought the sheets with me to the hospital. I would have a lot of healing to do, and as a clinical pharmacist I particularly was interested in the medicinal plants that are used in the dyes, as well as Aizome’s pledge to use no synthetic chemicals, no finishing agents, no toxic waste. It was also important for me to find products that are GOTS-certified organic cotton. I’ve been using the organic sheet set in virgin cotton, as well as the regenerative cotton t-shirt in natural indigo, and I know they’ve been aiding in the healing of my surgical scars and irritations. They are the absolute softest sheets and shirts I have EVER worn. They’ve been great and I literally want to buy everything on the website! Thank you for doing what you are doing, Aizome!

I can’t explain it but both my husband and I are sleeping better with these sheets. We loved our first set and purchased a second set within 6 weeks. They are magical. Highly recommend!

Best Sheets Money Can Buy PERIOD!
I lived 20 years in the belief that I suffer from a cotton allergy. I must have spent a fortune on alternative materials for clothes and bedding. Recently I saw a show on Netflix that said that people who believe they have cotton allergies are really allergic towards pesticides. I called AIZOME and they were amazingly friendly and really took their time to explain to me how their cotton is made: Organic raised, unbleached, and not blended with other materials. The colored sheets only use plant organic color. Now, after 20 years of suffering allergies from (bad) cotton I am sleeping like a newborn baby in these Natural Indigo and ****** Cotton sheets from AIZOME. It’s magical! Thank you so much.

Great feel and excellent quality
Great feel and excellent quality. Love the no elastic. My only complaint is that the standard size pillowcase is just a little bit to small. All my pillows stuck out just a little.

A couple of problems...
Hi,The draw cord on the fitted sheet gets caught in my top loader washing machine, so i have had to remove the cord. I also found that the pillow case is just not wide enough for my pillows, so it doesn't look good. But I love sleeping in these sheets...

Products AND customer service are just amazing
Aizome Bedding is truly amazing. The indigo sheets and pillowcases were wonderful and worth every penny. But what impressed me even more was the customer service. (It is a young company and there were a couple of minor glitches, but they acted quickly to solve them.) Every member of the team with whom I communicated is personable, committed to improving, and totally devoted to their customers. I'm looking forward to ordering from them again...once I save up enough for more high-quality bedding :)
