I am absolutely blown away by my recent experience on AliExpress. I managed to snag several high-quality products for just $0.03 thanks to their incredible welcome deals and promotional discounts. It honestly felt too good to be true, but the items arrived and they are fantastic!
Money hungry company. I contacted customer service to tell them my store closed within a month because it was just a try out. Guess what? They don’t wanna refund me! Even tho i never planned on subscribing.Obviously this is their way of making money and I would try to avoid this company at all costs and look out for a more professional one. Dropship was a try out.. as a single mom trying to make some extra money for some food in the fridge these costs are just too much and its very sad and not human they wouldn’t just refund if you see that its a MISTAKE! if this was a succesfull company that doesn’t have to thrive on scamming.
No warnings about upcomming payments, haven't even used the website in 3 months, and now they suddenly charge me?A strict no refund policy is bullshit.
Very bad customer service. The support team is extremely slow and unhelpful, and my issue was never resolved.I was charged USD 300 without receiving a refund, even though the billing plan clearly showed USD 10. This charge was unexpected and not properly explained, and despite contacting support multiple times, I did not get a refund or a clear response.This experience was very disappointing and misleading. I do not recommend this service to anyone.
Hi I accidentally signed up not knowing the fees. They say 14 days free they charged me straight away. When I tried to cancel immediately it doesn’t let you click cancel. Almost like you can’t cancel once u sign up they lock u in. Thy should be investigated seriously. That’s illegal.
I do not recommend them, they are misleading and membership charges are expensive compared to other reputable competitors like DSers. There is no email sent to you with details about membership or details on benefits, so you don't really get confirmation on which membership level you have selected. They almost want you to forget that you signed up for the Free Trial and then they go ahead and charge you in the background for the "Empire" Membership (advertised as $99/month but charged as $114/month) until you notice they have signed up for one of the highest levels instead of the advertised starter package of $39.99/month which they charge as $54/month. I don't trust businesses that are not upfront with their charges.
I paused my account and they continued to charge me. When I asked them why - they said that at my end the account is Paused, but at their end it is active and hence they charged me. They said that the PAUSE only exists for a month, however, could not show me one place on the website that states that the pause automatically gets removed on their internal system (without notifying the customer or updating it for the customer) and the charges begin! When I continued to question them - sent an automatic response to me saying that they have huge number of emails to respond to and a ticket has been raised (not ticket number provided). Please don't subscribe to them!
Beware, they say at checkout a price then charge a lot more to your card. 3x more in my case
charged me 84 dollars for a 39 dollar plan, also cancellation of subscription is really difficult needing to do all various different type of unnecessary tasks
Hello Guys! This company has charged me for the subscription plan. I have never used their platform. When I saw the charge they have advised that the policy for the subscription fee not to get the refund. I did not get any notification or invoice before the payment was taken. This is Franud under the cover of the refund policy. How you can be charged for something you have never used? They don't have even a phone number to reach iut yo their support. That was the worse experience I have never faced with a dropship website. Be carefull or you will be scammed.
I wish I had read these reviews before doing a trial! It is very misleading because they state their charges are $1 for a month but then after 7 days they charge you for a full year! I have been charged £240.22 for something I didn't even use!! I had a reminder set to cancel before month if I didn't use it and they charged me within 7 days and are now telling me it clearly states that the trial is for 7 days then why put $1/month?! VERY MISLEADING and terrible customer service. I am raising a dispute with my bank now.

The tried to charge also if I canceled the subscription months ago. Luckily when I cancel a subscription I always change the credit card with a empty one so F0CK THEM!
Biggest scam!!!! Make sure you read all T&C before joining them. They charged me £87.10 without my consent and refused to refund me even though I didn’t use their services. Very disappointed. Shame on Aiali drop.
Remember to cancel your subscriptions, because they won’t refund even if you didnt use the subscription…
STAY AWAY from ALIDROP.I signed up with Alidrop a few months ago to find products for my dropshipping business and was charged double subscription each month even though I only had one account. it took several weeks to clear this situation and I didn't get my payments back fully. the reason however why I stopped working with them is because their system doesn't sync with Spocket and Shopify and I lost hundreds of £/$ because of orders I had to cancel and customers who were very disappointed. The customer service was not able solve this and each platform blamed each other for the errors.I cancelled my subscriptions after hundreds of $ loss. After a few weeks I thought maybe I try again. So I signed up for the 7 day free trial, checked out the products but found they are more expensive than CJdropshipping and Sourcing box so I cancelled the free trial immediately an hour after registering. Well guess what they immediately charged me the subscription. They did not honour the 7 day free trial or informed me that they will charge me. Unacceptable and very tricky business ethics. I contacted them and they said that I used the free trial previously and it wasn't available to be used with the same email address. I told them that I singed up for a free trial with a different email address and I could see that it was valid until 7 days later and after that I would be charged the PRO subscription. They said they agree it was not made clear that I wasn't allowed to use the subscription and they will pass the feedback on. It was not just not clear.... I saw on my screen that I am on the free trial for 7 days.And of course I was double charged again. They told me as per their refund policy I won't get my money back but I made a request anyway. So all I can say is based on my 2 experience with them it's not worth the money. If you are a drop shipper I can recommend CJ dropshipping and Sourcinbox as they are free to use, no subscription and thousands of amazing products.
I was not very impressed with the app, but I tried it out. I kept coming back to the page to see how to cancel, and it was never available. It was not until I was charged that I was given the option to cancel. They are scam artists! Look at all the 1-star reviews.
I started a free trial with Alidrop assuming it was like temu, no its a scam. The trial ended and automatically placed me into an "empire" plan despite never even using the website, they have a NO refunds policy which is grossly used to try and keep users from getting their money back. DO NOT USE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Also due to lack of communication I was unable to locate where to cancel my subscription. They also charged substantially more than I expected. I tried to explain this to them directly via the web chat but they did not listen to the whole issue.Avoid at all costs. Much better and more approachable company’s out there then this one.
