Ciconia travel stated in writing that I would receive a Jordan pass when I visited Jordan in December 2022, then reneged. It cost me 52 dollars and a lot of time in the airport. When notified, they gave an evasive, negative reply instead of reimbursing me. They need to learn what breach of contract is and not promise what they don’t intend to deliver. The trip was supposed to be a luxury trip. It was not. Ok, but not special.

Perfect cruise. We had wonderful time upon Viking Star. Beautiful cabin and exceptional service throughout the ship Interesting port tours and well run. excellent value as well. Thank you Katie for helping us plan such a great vacation.

i don't know about this agency but i wanted to tell you guy's that every shining thing is not gold and here once in my life i try to use a new travel agency which never does any marketing and no body know about that agency ticketingdesk.online and i have taken travel services from them and the service was outstanding and the agent kevin from ticketingdesk.online was awesome . i would recommend everyone to use this agency once. you will never regret it.
Helio bay hotel on arrival early hours in morning frombougas airport about an hours journey we checked in had a bottle of free water and offered cold buffet too tired to eat went to bed although it’s rated 4 stars it’s is not 3 stars at best . In morning got our towel from downstairs to see if we could get a sun bed then off to self service restaurant .was fine till a week in no English teabags found some by pool bar no music apart from two animation team dancing at 10 and 12 no music round pool pool is freezing although staff friendly no service then clearing away then on last full night I was on a sandy area and was told at 6 o’clock to pack up this made me upset as I was on my own trying to make lasting rays of sun as I was due home next day . Life guard looked like he needed help weather he could rescue anyone was in question then it looked like he needed help , ( I know that they have a job to do) but I paid for my hoilday and felt agrived.

I went to visit the basilica cistern on Sunday September 4th, 2022 at around 4:17pm. The line was quite long but moved relatively quickly I ended up reaching the ticket booth in about 10-15 minutes. I paid the amount to the tour office ticket guide. He was super rude and hostile. He stared me down and slammed my ticket and change on to the table in what seemed as a pathetic attempt to purposely offend and harm me. I’m pretty sure the ticket officer had an agenda and was acting on it. This ruined my entire experience at the cistern as I wasn’t sure if this is meant to reflect the sentiments of the administration and/or of the country itself. I walked through the cistern which was structurally impressive, but lacked any kind of information regarding the structures inside and was super busy inside so it took away from the experience. The ticket was also quite price for the kind of experience it offered, perhaps including a tour guide in that price would be better. So all in all I would rate this place as 0 out of 5 for customer service and 3 out 5 for an actual cultural experience. My ticket number is 000513 and I got it from counter 6. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone purely because of the horrendous treatment I was made to put up with.
