complete scam
complete scam - avoid at all costs. Told me my item had been delivered when it hadn't after waiting weeks for delivery. Wanted me to send them a copy of my ID to "resend" .

Complete waste of time and money
After waiting for the delivery the pen was damaged the container was empty and of no use whatsoever.Contacted Allcars by email no response this product no good would never use this company again.

Would give it no stars if that was possible. Arrived in awful packaging so the pen was torn in two & spilt everywhere (it absolutely stunk). Then when we tried to use it, it made the scratch look much worse. Avoid at all costs!

No a good experience at all
No a good experience at all. Asked me a question over text message about my car, said I didn’t have the VIN at the moment and then they proceeded to bash me and curse me over the phone saying I’m a retard because I didn’t have it. These people are super rude for no reason and I’ll never come back and never recommend this to anyone!!!!!

One star is too high
One star is too high. They would not respond to my questions. They did not deliver the product I ordeded. They initially sent email saying it would soon be delivered but it was never delivered. They are a scam. Will likely report them to the better business bureau.

Company scammers
This company originally offered one product price and sincerely knocked down the price for a phantom sound. Mind you I ve never had an issue with this vehicle and have it serviced professionally. The service lady ariana hung up on me when I called her out for the phony qoute. Dont work with these people. They are a scam.

Pen actualy did a good job at covering the scratches, however it rained two days layer and everything turned white, my car is black, this product is not fit for purpose and has damaged my painwork, people beware,

Misleading, Dealership Funnel
This website misleads users into believing they will be able to list their cars online - they are only giving their information to funnel you to dealerships for a bull---- undervalue offer.

Awful product. Awful customer service. I received two faulty pens and despite multiple emails and website enqiuries I can't get a response from anyone to get a refund. Do not buy from this company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This product does not work! No instructions, you have to You Tube I show to. Tips do not fit in pens. Doesn’t cover the smallest thinnest of scratches. No customers service and no refunds. WALK AWAT!!!

Lost product - not responsive to resolve.
I have contacted these guys at least 6/7 times by the only means possible. Web page submission. I have also emailed various e mail addresses but still nothing. Yodel delivered to the wrong address. They say I have to speak to the retailer. The retailer is not communicating. Very poor coming to ignore the client. All I want is a refund for the product I did not receive or the product delivering. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, I purchased the pen from the official website, so I know it is the genuine product.The so call all cars magic pen does not work, I used it as instructed per their website on a couple of very minor scratches, it left a white residue which just wiped off, in my opinion its a scam, they highlight 5 star reviews, but go to their website and try to read their reviews, you can't.I'm still waiting for a reply so I can return the product.

WARNING!!!
The pen came with no instructions for use, no warnings, and no return information. After using on scratches made by tree limbs, my paint started to bubble, pop, and finally peel. After This is the worst purchase I have made online. PLEASE DO NOT BUY! IF YOU BUY AND HAVE NOT USED, EASE DO NOT USE!! If anyone actually receives a response from them, please let us know.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT-NO RESPONSE
The scratch remover pen arrived with no nib so useless. I have repeatedly sent messages to have a replacement or better still a refund and have received no response whatsoever. Absolutely no customer service!! My negative reviews will continue as long as I am ignored
