What I like most is how adaptable this tool is. It’s easy to set up automations, build forms and track everything I need to grow my business without the headache of using multiple tools.

I’ve been using this platform for a while now and I’m impressed with how it simplifies everything. The ability to handle emails, SMS and CRM in one tool has definitely saved me time.
This company is full of deception. The system is not user friendly. They upsell you on assistance and only give you 30 minutes per session. It takes months to complete any task and you can only make one appointment at a time. After spending thousands of dollars on assistance they turn around and change your payment plan. Bait and switch at its highest level. My advice is to go elsewhere. They use celebrities to endorse the company.
If there was a negative star, that would be my rating. Initially, I was told, just pay $97 to us the software, after 6 months, I am charge another $97, then $97 every month. We were not informed of this at sign up, that it was a trial and that you will be billed $97 monthly. Not only, that, my sign in doesn't work. Forget password doesn't work and even when I cancel, still being charged. Being charged and can't even get in the account. This is a nightmare!!

Go to High Level and purchase direct. All in one marketing when they promise 1 on 1 you can't get intouch or get scheduled. They have you put things in the ticket system and they are never solved. There is no way to reply to the same ticket or have one person dealing with this so you have to keep putting in the same ticket. It is round and round and you never get help to implement the program. Phil the CEO might talks a big Game but his company has too many glitches. RUN RUN. Go direct to Highlevel

WARNING: HORRENDOUS customer service and FRAUDULENT CHARGES after paying in full. The also practice false advertising. They hock a "Lifetime Access" for only $997. But it's only for a YEAR of access. Furthermore, the company presents itself as an easy-to-use, "all in one" CRM. This itself is false as the platform is extremely clunky to use and requires several "training" sessions with pushy, arrogant, impatient "trainers." They don't care about their reputation and just keep selling this crap to more fools.

Be sure to buy into a plan that offers unlimited support because without it you will not be able to use and set up many of the CRMs features. They do not allow you to upgrade to a better plan after you sign up so do it right out of the gate. It’s an incredible value if you do. If not you will use the basic features and not be happy.
